Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Castels, Castels et Bézenac

Caroline and Gilles are very warm and friendly hosts who were immediately available for questions. The listing is as described in the photos. It is a truly exceptional, very large apartment. The living room (formerly the station hall) resembles a museum, Caroline and Gilles have collected old station utensils and pictures and exhibited them there. The house and garden are lovingly restored and designed, the two have invested a lot of work (and money) to turn the old train station into a wonderful accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The center of Le Bugue is about 1 km away, via the beautiful bike path "voie verte" it is 4 km. We enjoyed the bike tours and our accommodation very much. I also enjoyed the personal contact and a little "chat" in the evening, so I could once again use my "rusty" French skills. Thank you for everything!

Large and comfortable apartment, as shown in the photos. Equipped with air conditioning (although we did not use it), equipped kitchen. A stone's throw from the historic center, with convenient parking. Host available. Common areas (entrance to the street floor and stairs) to be reviewed. Overall great solution.

In the pedestrian area, but quiet, refurbished, well arranged, nice decor, Jeremy's studio allows you to enjoy life in the city center of Brive, everything can be done on foot. Good value for money.

The apartment was on the edge of the historic centre and therefore a short walk to sights, shops and restaurants. The sunroom and accompanying view of the garden was very pleasant. Catherine is a superb host, very accommodating and responsive. We really appreciated her pop organising transport to and from the station. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, great location in the heart of Serlat, perfect for two couples, plenty of room, any questions asked where answered straight away, we were even able to stay an extra night which was great. Only one critic ! The bathroom with bath would be good if we could gang the shower head up ? That is my only critic, as the bath is amazing 🙂

I highly recommend Pascale's accommodation, everything is perfect, the location, the equipment, the environment (the countryside in the city!), the shops nearby not to mention the welcome which is great! For sure we will come back!

We had a pleasant stay. Sébastien and his wife are very friendly and available. Very clean apartment, good bedding and very nice pool for a relaxing time. Very quiet place, we will return without hesitation. Many things to do around, village, cave, hiking, canoeing and ....

Only 1 regret - that we couldn’t stay longer !!! This place is a little piece of paradise and Cedric was an amazing host ! Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

Jenny and Marc were excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and they are lovely people. The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the gîte was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! A wonderful and perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Made even more special by the attention to detail, and lovely personal touches, by the best of hosts Thierry. The story of his thoughtful restoration of the accommodation added to our pleasure. Thierry made us feel very at home. We are sat in the airport and already planning a return. Enchanté Thierry.

We enjoyed our two weeks stay at Véronique‘s a lot. The house is very nice, we felt at home right away. It is located in a lovely, well kept and quite village. If you see the neighbours in the streets, they are friendly. The house itself is very clean, offers even more space than the photos indicate, and is very well decorated. The kitchen has everything we needed when it comes to utensils and machinery. The bathrooms are nice, too. The view from the house onto the property and surrounding landscape is amazing and invites you to relax. We took a lot of meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the garden and especially the pool which is looked after by a specialist every view days. We saw a lot of different birds while being in the garden. The village offers a small restaurant and a very good bakery both with French cuisine/ pastry.

Sandrine is a lady! She welcomed us after a long drive and booked a dinner reservation for us in Trémolat which was much appreciated. Sandrine checked with us on the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious and very well presented. We had a lovely private garden and access to a pool. The hameau is quite rural and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We had a lovely time exploring the region!

We had a great week in this beautiful house with our family (couple with 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and a baby). The house is well equiped with kitchen to cook at home, 3 locations to sit with 8 (dining/sitting room, large kitchen and outside at the patio), large swimming pool, children play area, etc. We found all we needed in the house and the beds were comfortable. The area in the Dordogne is really great with lots todo like cycling, walking, running, swimming, canoeing and many nice places to visit. Moira has been a great host in communication, advice and checking our specific needs (in our case the little baby, with baby-bad, -chair, -bed and outdoor play-house. Really nice!!). We just love the place!!

We had a very good stay, in a very well-appointed apartment, very clean, quiet and at the same time close to the center we wanted to visit. A warm welcome.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Ariane's apartment is one of our absolute favorites! Very clean and well maintained, elegantly furnished, great location and Ariane is super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment!

Maggie has a well-equipped apartment, everything we needed was present up to and including an ironing board and iron. Apartment remains pleasantly cool at outside temperatures of around 30 degrees. The terrace has comfortable armchairs with footstools and a dining table with 4 chairs. During the day, there is a lot of traffic on the road that runs past the terrace and garden. Fortunately, there is little traffic noise in the evening. We could park our car on the premises and with 10 minutes walk you can reach Sarlat, as well as the Carfour market. Sarlat itself is beautiful but on a market day too busy for our taste. In the evening, it is a pleasant town for a bite and a drink.

We thank Lucien, warm and very responsive host. Her place was spotless and conveniently located. Traffic is, however, quite important which causes a little noise in the evening but in general, everything was perfect and in line with the description.
