Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Castelnau-le-Lez

The apartment was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Well appointed, large rooms with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. In the heart of the center city, many restaurants right outside the door and walkable to many more. While it is a busy street with the restaurants, it is quiet in the apartment thanks to new windows. As the description says, just know that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. It was not a problem for us.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wirklich sehr schönen authentischem Viertel von Montpellier. Die Tram und auch sonstiges sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Très bon appartement pour un weekend prolongé, idéalement situé. Grand, spacieux et lumineux, il est bien agencé. merci au propriétaire pour les instructions très claires et une arrivée flexible. Léger bémol, le manque d'équipements/vaisselles dans la cuisine qui n'encourage qu'à faire de la cuisine simple.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé dans le quartier de port Marianne. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part d’Eddie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, l’appartement correspondait en tous points à la description. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner à Montpellier et aux vues des prestations proposées c’est un très bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous recommendons sans hésitations.

Julie a été une super hôte, très disponible pour échanger et accueillante. Le guide à disposition dans l'application est top, avec plein de supers recommandations. Le logement était Niquel, tout comme sur les photos, un super appartement très bien rénové avec tout le nécessaire et un emplacement de stationnement. Merci encore, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Angenehme Grösse der Wohnung, auch für Langzeitaufenthalt (war 6 Wochen da). Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Nette, aufmerksame Nachbarn. Gute Betreuung. Gute ÖV-Anbindung, sicherer Parkplatz vorhanden. Ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto (45 Minuten mit E-Bike) ans Meer, ca, 15 Minuten an die Place de la Comédie. Lediglich die Strasse war mir ein bisschen zu laut.

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!

Petit séjour impeccable. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et communicatif. Logement agréable et superbe vue à proximité de la gare et à 10 minutes du centre-ville. Nickel !

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Belle et grande maison, parfaite pour visiter facilement Montpellier. Propre et bien décorée, elle convenait parfaitement à notre groupe de 6. La climatisation et le stationnement facile étaient définitivement des atouts ! Nous recommandons vivement !

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to relax. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but the area around the pool and terrace was very inviting and comfortable.

Myself, my partner and our child had a great stay in Gregory’s apartment. It looked exactly like the photos and was really clean. It was well connected and in a great location. Gregory was a great and friendly host and gave lots of recommendations to make sure we made the most of trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Wir konnten von der Unterkunft aus viele verschiedene Locations schnell und einfach erreichen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Christophe war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Nähe gegeben. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte viele Utensilien. Auch der geteilte Garten war sehr schön und lud zur Entspannung ein. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen, danke nochmal Christophe.

Excellent appartement avec tous le confort nécessaire et des équipements de qualité. logement très calme et particulièrement bien situé. le parking privé est un plus indéniable dans un environnement urbain à parcmètre. une fois la voiture rangée dans son box tout se fait à pieds à Montpellier ou en tram. Fabien a été un hôte disponible et agréable. Nous recommandons cette très bonne adresse.

Nous avons passé merveilleux sejour dans ce logement, très bon rapport qualité prix , une vue direct sur la mer, les enfants aussi ont adorées, nous reviendrons dès ue possible. Famille Beretta.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon week end appartement très bien placé proche centre ville et FISE avec parking souterrain, climatisation dans salon et chambre.

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue splendide. Appartement grand confort avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Literie de très bonne qualité encore mieux qu'à la maison . Propreté irréprochable, vraiment bravo. Un grand merci pour ce séjour. Nous étions trop bien. On revient l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir

nous avons passé un très bon séjour le logement était fidèle à la description. Le grand + la grande terrasse avec jacuzzi et la merveilleuse vue à 180 degrés. Nous recommandons cette location tout confort.

Logement très agréable, très bien équipé, propre, forêt la Cadoule à cinq minutes à pied, je recommande vivement.
