House holiday rentals in Castelmola

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno la scorsa settimana. La casa era incredibile e aveva una vista sull'Etna, Castelmora e sul mare. I padroni di casa ci hanno dato alcuni buoni suggerimenti su ristoranti e cose da fare. Ci tornerei sicuramente in questa casa se dovessi tornare.

Wij waren op doorreis en voor ons was dit een heerlijk "Tiny house" in een mooie en rustige omgeving. Wat echt heerlijk was, was het zwembad waar we direct gebruik van hebben gemaakt na een heerlijke tourrit door Sicilië. En wat een gastvrije ontvangst. De host stond ons op te wachten en in het huis stond iets lekkers voor ons klaar. De host wilde ons zelfs helpen met de koffers naar het huis brengen. De host reageert snel op vragen en is ten alle tijde bereid je te helpen en te adviseren. Voor ons dus een TOP ervaring.

Exceptional in every way. The house is beautiful, the patio and pool are fantastic and the views are stunning. Davide is a lovely host, friendly, kind and very helpful. The house has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. It's also a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. I would recommend Etna, Taormina, Ortigia and Aci Castello.

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

Roberta was a great host and this house is absolutely beautiful. Great communication in a studying setting. We stayed here to hike, Mount Etna, and it was a perfect location for this. We were somewhat confused by the listing as we thought it had two bedrooms, but this was easily sorted out. Thank you so much.

Du skal ikke tøve med at booke denne bolig! Min søn og jeg synes det så smukt ud på fotos men vi var blæst bagover af den skønhed der mødte os da vi ankom! Smuk og frodig have, vidunderlige omgivelser og selve huset var helt unikt! En blanding af gammelt og nyt, der er virkelig en arkitekt som har haft sans for detaljer da de renoverede dette værelse! Stedet var autentisk og roligt. Maria var venlig og god til at kommunikere med os inden vi ankom. Jeg havde læst mange gode anmeldelser om hendes personlighed og var skuffet over at hun ikke skulle være der under vores ophold. Men da vi så ankom og mødte Vittorio som var der i stedet for Maria, var vi bare lykkelige for han var det mest hjælpsomme og søde menneske! Han gjorde ALT for at få os til at føle os tilpas og tilbød at handle for os og gik på apoteket da jeg fik en infektion. Hans imødekommenhed og charmende personlighed var fuldstændig formidabel! Fantastisk service og ren siciliansk gæstfrihed når det er bedst! ❤️ TAK !!🫶🏾

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Nous avons passé notre voyage de noces en Sicile, dont presque 2 semaines dans la belle maison d'Antonino. Région paisible, très belle vue depuis la terrasse, logement très confortable et une piscine incroyable ! Nous avons adoré passer du temps et nous détendre au bord de la piscine, mais aussi à visiter les villes de Savoca, Forza d'Agro, Catane ou Syracuse, accessibles après un peu de route en voiture. Antonino est un hôte très réactif, et attentionné, il nous a même offert un gâteau et une bouteille de prosecco le premier soir, encore merci pour cette très belle attention ! Il passait chaque matin nettoyer la piscine, et passait nettoyer la maison tous les 3jours. Pas de machine à laver présente dans le logement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, mais Antonino s'est occupé de laver nos vêtements à notre demande. Nous avons passé un excellent voyage de noces !

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

Der Aufenthalt bei Antonella & Giorgio war wunderbar. Das Quartier ist schön und modern, perfekt ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig und das Haus liegt abseits Taorminas Trubel. Antonella & Giorgio sind supernett und kümmern sich um alles, sind jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, wie bei alten Freunden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a lovely stay here in Castelmola for 5 nights, it is a beautiful location with lovely local restaurants, easy to access public transport to explore further out. The home is lovely, unique and we absolutely loved having a roof top decking area to relax. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Otrolig utsikt. Otrolig liten by 5 minuters promenad bort, utsikt över berg och havet. Fullständigt magnifikt, fick inte nog. Bil ett måste men enkelt att hitta överallt, rekommenderar sunkisses beach club där det var enkelt att parkera bilen. Byn precis ovanför hade allt man kan önska sig, sparsamt med restauranger men räckte gott och väl. Fanns även en liten butik, med betoning på liten. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och enkel att ha och göra med. Väldigt lugnt och vilsamt boende, som själen mådde gott av. Vi var en dag i Taormina men längtade tillbaka till lugnet i Forza di Agro.

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Giovanni . La casa è un tipico casale antico ristrutturato con un design unico ed una vasca freestanding bellissima. La posizione è tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Si possono trovare alberi di ulivi , ciliegie e nocciole. Gli spazi esterni sono vasti per intraprendere passeggiate con una vista mozzafiato da un lato sul mare e dall’altro sull’Etna . Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti tipici e svariate cantine che offrono degustazione di vini dell’Etna..Poi ci sono gli host che devo dire sono molto gentili e curano molto questo posto. È necessaria l’auto per spostarsi comodamente, ed è possibile anche raggiungere il mare. Grazie a Giovanni , Pippo e Gertrud.!

logement avec une très belle vue, parfaitement aménagé, très propre, matelas et linge de lit impeccable, les petites attentions de Louisa nous a touchées, petits gâteaux, fleurs. Louisa très gentille et disponible.

From the scent of Jasmine, as you enter the gate, it feels like a little Eden to come to Villa Mediterranea. Alessia and Adelio were there to greet us with smiles. Alessia plucked blood oranges, lemons, and clementines from the trees on the terrace to provide a refreshment at our arrival. This was such an amazing touch. But only the first of many during our stay. The views from the patio are just breathtaking. Perched high in a cliff top just north of Taormina center, we had a view out to the sea and to the misty mountains of the Italian mainland beyond. It is a magical place. Alessia, Adelfio, and Enza checked in with us often and provided great suggestions for things to do while we were there. The Villa is just a short 10 minute walk from the city center, but also feels a world away in its contained beauty and privacy. The pool is wonderful. It is a pleasure to lounge by it in the warm sun and then take refreshing dips to cool off. We loved this place and highly recommend it

Francesco, you are the best owner. You were very kind and the guide was detailed and easy to understand, and the room was comfortable. Thanks to him and his wife, I had a great experience and I want to come again

This apartment couldn’t be better - above the town so it’s peaceful, but close enough to everything that it’s never an issue to pop home. It’s removed from the road too. The rooftop space is fantastic, perfect for hot days and long evenings, only downside is the aircon from the hotel next door. The shower is good and the bed is foam and reasonably comfy, but the pillows were a bit too hard for us. The kitchen has everything you need. Da Giovy was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, wouldn’t choose anywhere else to stay in Taormina

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

Appartement bien situé dans le village. Michele a été très sympa et nous a bien accueillis ! Seul point négatif : la douche qui n’était pas propre Gros point positif : la terrasse sur le toit avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée et l’Etna

A great apartment in the center of the city. Marco helped us with everything we needed every time. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 days stay. You have a lot of stairs to get to it, as it is on the forth floor, but worth it

Die Villa Pippa ist ein Traumort! Das Appartement liegt in einem Zitronen Hain umgeben von einem wunderbaren Garten. Alles liebevoll und geschmackvoll arrangiert und gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und sauber mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer, Palmen und den Etna! Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche und herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Manuela und Leo - Sie haben uns mit sizilianischer, offener Gastfreundschaft empfangen und verwöhnt mit frischen Orangen und Zitronen vom Baum! Das Appartement ist sehr schön, es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, um den Etna, Taormina, Catania und Syrakus zu besuchen. Der Abschied viel schwer! Vielen Dank!

We stayed there for a week, visiting all the nice nearby places, after which we could enjoy a nice afternoon of rest at this place. A great place to chill, enjoy the beautiful scenery and garden. The house itself was very beautiful, clean, had everything needed, and on top of that the host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for the great time!

Really great place! Very close to shops, the beach and cable car to the town. Super clean and spacious. Very helpful Host, responded very quickly to any questions and arranged a taxi for us.
