Everything is perfect, ideal house to disconnect, perfect for going with dogs. Close to the beach and the village. Access and perfect communication with Alejandro. Unbeatable stay.

The house is as shown in the photos and the listing. On the ground floor is the living room, which is spacious, the kitchen, which is quite large and has a table for about 10 people, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. From this floor you can go out to a terrace/porch where the barbecue is located, as well as a dining table and the back of the house where the pool is located with various furniture both for the pool and for eating/dining, a small bathroom as well as a play area with a trampoline and swing On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with double beds and a bathroom. Finally, it has a rooftop terrace. The house is very quiet, with hardly any noise, ideal for hanging out with friends / family for both adults and children. The only downside I would give the house is that there were many mosquitoes and ants, but that, after all, does not depend on the house. Finally, communication with the owners was very simple and they responded very quickly

The house is great. We went with our young son and we had everything we needed. It is perfect for resting and being calm, but there are also many routes nearby for hiking or cycling if you feel like something more active. The area is very quiet, you sleep wonderfully and it is ideal to disconnect. Cristina is a wonderful host. She's attentive to everything and if you need anything, just tell her. Highly recommended!

We had a great couple of days here. Would have been nice to have a fan inside the house but not a big deal. Didn’t miss anything otherwise, well equipped house. Very private, neighbors are far away. Last bit of road up to the house was quite rough, good thing we rented a small SUV with a little bit of ground clearance. There was some very loud music far away some nights, maybe from the village, not sure, but could clearly be heard in the house. Not the house’s fault. We’re very happy with our stay!

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended.

Easy access area, flat more than enough. Great to have a garage and a private terrace, especially thinking of high season stays. As a suggestion, when going with a baby, we miss a microwave to heat potitos or milk. The rest is phenomenal, with complimentary drink and coffee.

Javier's house is wonderful if you want to disconnect. Being in a Masía you are in the middle of nature, it is fantastic for that. Also, you have the village a five minute drive. The area is very cool for trekking. The apartment is very well equipped and prepared. In addition to having everything you need, the space is very well cared for and cozy. Perfect for a couple who wants to disconnect, or a person with a desire for tranquility and nature. Javier has been a great host taking care of all the details, pending my arrival, and my return home. In addition to the kindness he gave me a lot of useful information about the routes I wanted to do. An outstanding treatment.

Cristian was a great and very attentive host, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend!

Perfect communication from the start. The apartment was just as described. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very useful for 3 people, beachfront and quiet area. The details of the materials and food they leave as a welcome gift are noteworthy. We'll be back!!!

We really loved staying at Carmen’s place. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. Carmen and her husband Jose were really friendly and helpful. The village is quiet and beautiful - there is a river, a bar, a panadería and a shop. We saw eagles, kittens, geese, a toad and loads of different birds. Make sure you check out the ceramic shop in the village too - really beautiful pieces in there. The village is in a great location for hiking, biking and exploring the Maestrazgo area by car too. We went in May and it was a riot of colourful wildflowers.
