Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment perfect for our short break in Spain. Yes we do intend to stay again.

The hospitality of the hosts was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

Perfect accommodation if you are looking for tranquility, proximity to several coves with few people at this time of year and an excellent outdoor patio if you have a pet, as was the case for us. Communication with José Antonio has been excellent from the first minute and everything has been easy both to enter and to leave. The house has everything you need to be comfortable, whether you decide to cook or simply enjoy the terrace while having a drink. We would like to repeat, especially because of how comfortable our dog has been, that it has been difficult for her to return to the reality of our apartment without a yard. In short, a good choice to spend a few days. It is not in the center of the town, but everything is quickly accessible. Recommended.

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Rob and Theresa are great hosts, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The reception was warm and you almost forget that you are at an Airbnb and not with old acquaintances you want to invite to your home next time. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I have never seen a hotel or Airbnb that was so well cleaned, and then this one was also on a sandy beach and dogs are allowed so it is even more special. We will definitely come back when we are in the area!

Convenient apartment with exceptional views.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

Modern and functional apartment, on the beachfront in a quiet area of Peñíscola. We loved how new everything was, as well as its terrace that was integrated into the living room with a large sliding door. It is also very useful to have parking. Eva is very attentive and with precise instructions that facilitate the arrival, in addition to all her recommendations of restaurants, etc.

We had a very pleasant weekend. Communication with Ruth was very smooth, resolving our doubts with great kindness. The girl who greeted us and saw us off was also very attentive and cordial. The location is fantastic, right next to the beach, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped, with all the necessary appliances (large and small). The bath towels were huge and very comfortable, and the garage under the building was a great plus. In addition, the comfort of having a terrace from which to contemplate the sea made the stay even better. As a point to improve, we would mention the mattresses, which could be more comfortable. A wonderful experience, Jessica was great with us and also recommended some restaurants to visit when we asked her, even though the check out was at 11am, she gave us the freedom to spend the whole day in the apartment and be able to leave without any rush. It is an apartment that I highly recommend, the service and location are worth it. PS: The views from the penthouse overlook the sea and the old town, making it a privileged location.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa communicates with other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.
