Lovely and clean villa. We will definitely return again. The walk to the beach and local shops is only a couple minutes although the steps are very steep and uneven (not practical with prams). Albert Villa’s were very professional, easy to deal with and we had no problems! Thank you very much for making our holiday a memorable one!

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. El alojamiento de Lena ha sido una delicia. Es muy confortable y está perfectamente equipado. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables. Hemos disfrutado todos mucho ( mayores y niños), tanto del interior de la casa como de su fantástico exterior.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Villa, guter Umschwung, sehr schöner Pool, gute Wihnungs-Ausstattung und vor allem sehr schön ruhig. Ein grosser Spielplatz ist im Nationalpark zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenfalls eine kleine Badestelle mit Sandstrand am Meer gut 100 Meter weiter vorne. Unseren beiden Jungs (2 und 5) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wieder hier Übernachten. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt waren die Stechmücken, ich selbst wurde ohne Mückenschutz förmlich aufgefressen. Anti-Brumm ist somit Pflicht.

Llegar a la casa de Fernando es como encontrar la vivienda dectus sueños, no hay ningun pero. Excelente la estancia

Inoubliable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la superbe villa de Don qui dispose d'une vue magnifique sur Valencia et les collines avoisinantes (le soir, le diner depuis la terrasse sur Valencia éclairé est apaisant à regarder). Le logement est très fonctionnel avec une grande pièce à vivre ouverte sur une cuisine très bien équipée (Lave-vaisselle et Lave-linge, très pratique pour une famille nombreuse !). Les 3 chambres disposent chacune de leur salle de bain, c'est un vrai luxe :-) Le jardin est très bien entretenu avec plusieurs terrasses pour profiter du soleil (il y a aussi de l'ombre grâce aux grands arbres !). Enfin la piscine est très bien agencée avec un solarium qui offre une vue à 360° sur le secteur : un délice !!! Le logement est à environ 30 min en voiture des principaux quartiers de Valencia donc très pratique pour les nombreuses visites du secteur. Il a été très difficile de partir, merci à Don pour cet excellent moment de vacances ;-)

Bij aankomst lagen er erg veel hondenharen in de tuin en in het zwembad. Ook rook het in huis behoorlijk naar natte hond. Het schoonmaakteam van Lucien heeft erg zijn best gedaan want de rest van het huis zag er top en schoon uit. In onze ogen zijn de huurders met de hond in gebreke gebleven en hebben geen respect gehad voor Lucien en de volgende huurders. Als je een huisdier meeneemt naar een onderkomen waar andere mensen ook van willen genieten en voor betalen kan je in ieder geval het fatsoen hebben om de boel netjes achter te laten. Daarnaast werkte de deurklink van de voordeur niet meer goed. Lucien heeft gelijk geregeld dat het zwembad de volgende dag schoongemaakt werd en de deurklink is twee dagen later gerepareerd. Voor de nare lucht in huis mochten we op kosten van Lucien geurstekkers kopen. Alles is dus super snel opgelost door Lucien. We hebben twee weken enorm genoten van het heerlijke huis, de tuin, het zwembad en van Vinaròs!! Complimenten!! Frank & Mirjam

La casa en muy buenas condiciones y muy equipada con todo para pasar el fin de semana en familia. La unica pega pondria una lastima aun no estuviera preparada la piscina.

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

I would highly recommend staying at Asturgal. It is breathtaking. Antonio was a fantastic Host. His communication was clear, informative, and very helpful. He provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. In all my years of AirBnB Antonio was my best Host. We arrived late at night, and Antonio met us in person, which was a lovely touch. He also left a delightful welcome hamper that made us feel at home. Towels, bedsheets, beach towels and all contents of the property are top quality. The property features spectacular views. All bedrooms are well-proportioned, with 5/6 offering great views down the hill overlooking the old town. The kitchen, dining, and living room views are stunning and change beautifully from morning to night. It's a short drive to a lovely 7km sandy beach, and the charming old town nearby has plenty of nice dining options. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Antonio's property for a relaxing getaway!

Our stay in SpronkenHouse was incredible, it’s a unique location with gorgeous views from a house that’s an art piece in itself. Perfect for a relaxing get away and definitely worth it!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Didier und seiner Frau und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Er ist sehr daran interessiert, das alles so schön und sauber wie möglich ist und ist sehr entgegen kommend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und durften sogar am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, so dass wir nicht den ganzen Tag mit unserem Gepäck unterwegs sein mussten. Hierfür noch mal vielen Dank! Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer quelques semaines de vacances parfaites en famille. Une vue exceptionnelle, de belles promenades partout et paisibles. Nous avons été dans de nombreux Airbnb et nous pensons que celui-ci est le meilleur pour le moment ! Alain est un hôte très agréable et adorable et a toujours répondu immédiatement aux questions de notre part. Slimane sur place était également très sympathique pour la remise des clés a l'entrée et a la sortie et la remise des clés ont bien fonctionné. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Rien à redire sur la location. La maison était fidèle à sa description, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est proche de la mer, accessible à pieds et des quelques restaurants au bord de mer. L’hôte était très arrangeante et très réactive. Merci !

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen we duidelijke uitleg over het huis en de voorzieningen. Tijdens ons verblijf konden we altijd terecht met vragen – er werd snel en netjes gereageerd. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, perfect om echt tot rust te komen. De villa zelf was geweldig: schoon, ruim en volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het grote privézwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt – daar hebben we optimaal van genoten. Kortom: het was meer dan geweldig. We hebben echt genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug. Een dikke aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, rust en luxe!

Era justo lo que buscábamos, tener contacto con el césped, tumbonas, poder disfrutar de una barbacoa, tener disponible música, una piscina que aunque es pequeña alcanza para refrescarse. todo perfecto para pasar un día de descanso. Y Lorenzo siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. muy recomendable

Sin dudarlo han sido las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido nunca, una casa preciosa y muy comoda en un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante, rodeada de naturaleza y fauna en la que pasar unos dias de lujo y desconexión.Casa muy bien equipada,terraza fantástica,barbacoa estupenda para disfrutar en familia,buenas vistas,la huerta de Rafael,los campos de Naranjos , simplemente maravilloso.Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina que esta super bien tanto para mayores y niños,todo un puntazo el tener hamacas como tiene.Otro punto a favor que solo tardas 10 minutos en coche asta Peñíscola para ir a la playa o lo que apetezca.Rafael el padre de Sara es muy atento, simpático y agradable,la primera mañana que nos levantamos allí nos habia dejado en la terraza una caja llena de verduras de su huerta,BUENISIMAS!!!todo un detallazo por su parte,en fin,si se puede el próximo verano nos gustaría volver y poder repetir esta experiencia tan buena que hemos tenido.Lo recomiendo al 100x100
