The mansion... we've called it the house with friends. We had a great weekend there. It has everything. Rooms with bathroom and air conditioning, a nice kitchen, sofa and super comfortable beds, barbecue... The house is newly renovated so we almost premiered it. We have enjoyed it very much with family and friends. It has a nice pool, essential for this time. And in the evenings, dine in the garden. It's just like in the photos or better. Very pleasant to be with close people. So we recommend it. The whole group has rated it super well!! I was looking for a house in an intermediate point for a reunion, and everyone was happy and had a great experience together. So, mission accomplished!!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Maite's house is beautiful and very welcoming, it fills you with a lot of peace and tranquility,it is very well located in the center of Vinaròs. Maite is a great host,friendly and helpful at all times. Super advisable!! If we are back in the area, we will definitely repeat with Maite!! Thank you very much for everything!!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

Everything about it is excellent Too bad the pool isn't heated. Bedding to review after very nice location, quiet, quiet. Beautiful sea view.

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Hi, We had a great week with the family in Catherine and Steve's home. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the pool is a real asset for young and old! The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived: clean, tidy and as described. Thank you to our hosts for their kindness and responsiveness :)

Great accommodation for a large family or group of friends. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 very comfortable bathrooms. It has 2 large terraces and a communal pool. In a quiet area and very close to the beach. Parking at the door of the house. It is as it appears in the photos and the host Antonio is very kind and attentive to our needs. Finally, and as a recommendation, if it had a dishwasher, it would be 11 out of 10.😄

We are really grateful to Remedios for her kindness and cordiality at all times. The house was spectacular, as shown in the publication, not only that but also extremely clean, tidy and with everything necessary to spend the time that was necessary. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there and they were incredible. The pool, the house, everything! Obviously, we'll be back at any time.

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We had a fantastic holiday stay at Bernard’s apartment! The location is peaceful, the apartment is tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The pool was a real highlight — clean, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was very cozy and family-friendly. We especially appreciated the artwork, which added a warm and inviting touch. And finally, a special thank you to Mirabel, who was an absolutely perfect host — welcoming, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We and our children had a wonderful time and would love to return again soon. Highly recommended!

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

On our way from Lisbon to Berlin, we needed accommodation for one night. Although the booking was short-term and despite the short stay, we were provided with bed linen and towels - a relief after a long drive through hot Spain! The flexible check-in was also helpful for us. The apartment was easy to find, the instructions were sufficient. In the apartment itself, everything was as described - clean and tidy. Two small notes: the apartment is located on a busy street, with the window open it is quite loud. In addition, it can only be reached via a steep staircase - we found that unusual but did not bother us at all. We also liked the surroundings very much, the sea and beach can be reached in a few minutes and the promenade with palm trees quickly calms you down. The place seemed less geared towards international tourists, but we still felt welcome.
