House holiday rentals in Castellnovo

The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the assessment... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that has bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

We were a group of seven and this house was excellent as we all had enough privacy. The kitchen was well appointed, including a great coffee machine and we had some lovely meals both in the kitchen and outside, which in the evening was a lovely, shady area to eat and relax. The house was nicely private, not overlooked and the owner has obviously given a lot of thought to the fixtures and furnishings. Great location for either the beach area or to travel into town by tram, bus or metro. Overall a perfect house for combining a beach break with a vibrant, city location.

Lovely place for a quiet stay!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. i stayed n Cyril and Emilies caseta for a month and loved every minute of it. The house itself was perfect. The location was perfect for me as its close to the Sierra Calderona and easy to get into Liiria and Valencia. Above all though was the friendliness of Cyril and Emilie. They were lovely people and their family are lovely. I really miss being there.

A stunning home in a spectacular location to unwind and unwind, the views of the sea and the mountain do not disappoint and leave some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is prepared with everything necessary for a perfect getaway. It has a living room with a large TV with various movie platforms, private pool ( a conditioned and perfectly manicured antique raft). Very important that our 4-legged companion is welcome in the house ( Petfriendly). The house is quite self-sustainable (solar panel light ready to consume little water) Laura, the hostess, is a charm, very attentive in showing us the house and welcoming you with great sympathy, they make you feel at home.

Estela and Aurora are charming, very attentive and kind. The house is spectacular, the tranquility, the land, the barbecue... we have disconnected a lot with our 1 year old who has enjoyed the pool and running on the lawn. The house is also great but there are some old appliances, and the beds did not seem particularly comfortable. Renovating some details of the house (furniture/appliances) and the beds (+ pillows), it would be an absolute 10!

We stayed at The Blue Diamond villa in Valencia with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning and ultra-luxurious, if we were relaxing by the pool, cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, everything felt just right. A special mention goes to Alberto, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. This was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Very large house, quiet and equipped with everything

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at Tatianas apartment in Valencia! The interior looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better and we loved the aesthetics of this place. Everything was clean, the communication with the host was super smooth and reliable and we overall enjoyed our stay a lot! Definitely recommend booking this Airbnb if you’re looking for a spacious, welcoming apartment that’s located in walking distance to the city, bars and restaurants! We would love to come back!

We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

Would recommend to anyone for peaceful and tranquil retreat Lola was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Lola met us in the local town and we followed her for five minutes to property.

Beautiful place, perfect if you need to disconnect and enjoy nature. Decided to go in June so that the pool was also available, and it was really nice to plunge in the late afternoon. The house has basically everything, and the hosts are always kind and always ready to help in case. Even if it's hot outside, the house remain quite cool, especially the ground floor, so that's great. The host will guide you to the house, as it's a bit secluded and the roads are slightly unpaved - but not to worry, you can easily do the trip even with a small car (did it with my 500 with 0 problems). The place is very charming and relaxing. I was travelling with my cat (she also enjoyed the place a lot), and I felt really safe as a woman by myself. Really recommend!

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was in perfect condition and exactly as described in the ad. Vicente has been an exemplary host: very attentive, always available and willing to help us with everything we needed during our stay. Undoubtedly, a highly recommended experience. We would repeat without hesitation!

I recommend it 100%. The facilities are super spacious. It offers you intimacy and all the comforts. Super-equipped kitchen. There is an ideal inner duck for pets. There is nothing missing. It is in the urban area, ideal for those looking for a place to disconnect from the city. The host is very friendly. I'm back.

Casa chulisima and big to go with friends or family, everything was perfect and we were charmed in his house. The area is very nice and quiet, we will repeat for sure.
