Silvia's place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Genoa — it's right in the middle of where you'd like to be, surrounded by restaurants and bars (but silent at night time), and has all the amenities you'd want. Silvia is one of the most responsive, flexible and kind hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with. She's always at the end of the phone, has great recommendations and went out of her way to help us store bags and check-in/out around our flights. There's no higher recommendation I could give for staying in one of Silvia's apartments — 10/10 experience.

Het appartement van Silvia is een oase van rust in een chaotische haven. Van al de bezigheden beneden hoor je in het appartement niets als de ramen zijn gesloten en ik heb dan ook heerlijk geslapen in een slaapkamer die doet denken aan een balzaal in een paleis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker etc, ligbad, douche, airconditioning, verwarming. Silvia is een hele hartelijke vrouw en heeft mij bij aankomst heel lief ontvangen en op de dag van vertrek kon ik zelfs wat langer blijven. Communicatie met haar ging perfect! Het appartement ligt op 10 min. lopen van de veerboot naar Camogli/5 terre en de metro, en tegenover een hopon hopoff bushalte. Ik kan dit appartement bij een bezoek aan Genua van harte aanbevelen!

Andreas Wohnung war perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Genua! Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten die richtige Haustür zu finden (Fotos hätten uns geholfen, da wir mit der Nummerierung der Häuser nicht klargekommen sind und die Airbnb App das Haus auf der Karte falsch markiert hatte...) haben wir uns dann in der Wohnung dank der tollen und eleganten Ausstattung und der leisen Klimaanlage sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Stadt von dort aus super erkunden. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch gut geholfen und war jederzeit erreichbar! Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb der ZTL und man kann mit Parkschein von 8-20 Uhr parken. Die Nachbarschaft bietet außerdem Möglichkeiten für einen Aperitivo :) Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal in Genua sind! :)

Amazing flat, full of personality and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and with a great use of space. The terrace gives a glorious view of the port and the bay. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, so the bathroom. There is a big washing machine and dishwasher. The fridge is huge. The beds were comfortable. 2 TV sets and powerful WiFi . The flat was clean and very well maintained. It is on the upper floor of an old building with no lift so I would not recommend the place to people with mobility issues. However as I said the view from the roof terrace more than justifies the physical effort. The self check in process is super easy and the owner is easily reachable and kind. The position in front of the renovated old port is ideal to move around the city centre and to reach the Aquarium and other local amenities. A metro station is at 5 min on foot, the main train station ( Principe) at 15 min walking distance. A great and very pleasurable stay.

We booked Luca's place very last minute (like 3 hours before arrival) and he was super accommodating getting everything ready for us!

Il soggiorno di Lia è stato semplicemente perfetto. l'appartamento era dotato di ogni genere di comfort: elettrodomestici per la cucina, bagno, tv, wifi. tutto. E oltre alla bellezza oggettiva degli ambienti, c'è da menzionare anche la pulizia impeccabile. Al mio arrivo è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile e credo che più di cosi non avrei potuto chiedere. Grazie!!!!!!!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described, providing everything required for overnight (or longer) stays. We were given a welcome pack detailing information regarding location, attractions, shopping, eating etc. Easy walking distance from the train station (with the assistance of the Balbi-Dogali elevator, which you’ll need coins for the ticket machine). I would suggest sturdy wheels are needed on heavier luggage bags, as the paved street to the accommodation is very rough! I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

L’alloggio è confortevole, e silenziosissimo, abbiamo apprezzato la particolarità con questa vasca idromassaggio di grandissime dimensioni, e la struttura tutta in sasso. La notte è stata tranquilla con un buon letto comodo. Sicuramente consiglierei questo tipo di alloggio per soggiorni brevi, diciamo per passare un weekend romantico e ritrovarsi in un piccolo ma particolarissimo nido per coppia. Solo il bagno un po' sacrificato, ma per un weekend può andare bene. Molto apprezzabile la parte del barbecue privato. Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza da parte di Stefano devo dire molto amichevole e disponibile.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect! The apartment is even better than in the pictures. We would love to come back some time.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifull, very clean, and fully equipped. The location is perfect: within walking distance of the city center. Very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Un séjour inoubliable à Gênes ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin. Le rooftop avec jacuzzi est un véritable bijou, offrant une vue magnifique et un moment de détente incomparable – un vrai plus qui rend l’expérience unique. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la ville, et tout était exactement conforme à la description… voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Je recommande à 100 % ce BnB pour un séjour exceptionnel à Genova.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war super. Es ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

L’appartement est superbe, au calme, extrêmement bien placé au cœur des quartiers à voir. Le restaurant à proximité conseillé par notre hôte toujours très réactive comme toutes ses autres recommandations étaient parfaites. La communication a été facile Mille merci nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommanderons!

Toller Gastgeber, tolle Gegend, Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es gabs Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Espresso kann man sich auch machen. Das Bad war wie frisch gebaut, ohne Macken, ohne Schimmel, alles hat geglänzt. Shampoo und Dushgel waren auch vorhanden, sowie frisch gewaschene Handtücher.
