A super convenient and functional place, not far from Brignole train station on foot (15-20 minutes). The spaces are very well thought out. We can give ourselves privacy compared to the other occupants. And Lori and her dad are absolutely adorable! Thank you so much!

Really quiet place, large bedroom and queen bed. En suite bathroom. Our host explained to us by mixing Italian, English and French and we understood each other very well. A very charming person really turned for the comfort of his tourists.

The staying at Federico’s was charming. The place it’s beautiful, it was a pleasure waking up to a beautiful see view from the window.

This was one of the most magical stays I’ve ever had! Tucked away in the mountains of northern Italy, the house is surrounded by breathtaking woodlands and a beautiful mountain river—perfect for anyone who loves nature and hiking. The views are absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from city life. Our room was cozy and well-furnished, with a big, comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast prepared by our lovely host. We were treated to homemade apple pancakes, jam, honey, and freshly brewed coffee—all made from ingredients grown in their own garden. It was such a warm, personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

This was a very pleasant stay for me!! The room was large and had everything that I needed. Giacomo was also readily available to help me check-in and answer any questions I had. The location is also great and pretty close to the city center! I 100% recommend for anyone staying in Genoa for a couple of days :)

Barbara is a top host - always friendly and with tips and recommendations for things to do on the spot - and offers a first-class accommodation in a great central location - just 2 minutes to the sandy beach and the promenade with several restaurants, less than 5 minutes to the train station and max. 10 min to the great historic old town. There were four of us and we had the entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to ourselves. Everything was available in the apartment, we really didn't miss anything. Sheets and towels were even changed several times and the bathrooms cleaned. Breakfast was varied, fresh and very generous with sweet and savory food, even special requests of the children were promptly provided and fulfilled. Only the train traffic is good to hear, we slept with open windows due to the heat. Those who are sensitive here may want to know. We 100% recommend the place, all around tiptop.

Brunella and Guiedo’s B&B is an incredible place to stay. It is warm, inviting, peaceful and relaxing which reflects the hosts. They are a wonderful couple who make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I would definitely return.

A very good room for a few nights, spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle and snacks with coffee and tea. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful garden and a quiet neighborhood. Friendly host and clear instructions at check-in

The stay went very well at Sabrina's, who is a very welcoming host. She guided us well to reach the listing, which keeps all its promises. Tastefully appointed house with stunning views.
