Jane and Gampiero were incredible from start to finish. Always responsive, helpful tips, friendly. Fantastic drinks welcome was wonderful. The location is exactly what I wanted and the house perfect. 25 minutes on the train to Florence was again, what I wanted. Thanks guys. I will be back.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cet endroit est un bijou, je recommande à 100%! Pour commencer, le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé, avec une vue spectaculaire. La localisation est parfaite, juste assez loin de Florence mais encore très accessible autant en voiture qu'en autobus. Majla était très gentille et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J'y retournerais définitivement!!

Vi avslutade vår Italienresa på denna magiska plats. Lägenheten var rymlig och perfekt för vår stora familj. Barnen var lyckliga i poolen och omgivningarna runt boendet. Vi blev mottagna och omhändertagna på allra bästa sätt. Värme, gästfrihet och trevliga samtal. Historisk rundvandring i Villan och ägorna där tiden stått stilla och miljöer vårdas ömt. Vi är så glada att vi hittat till denna pärla. Tack för en underbar vistelse.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

appartamento molto comodo, eravamo 4 adulti, camere spaziose, bagno molto grande più uno di servizio. Situato in una zona strategica per noi motociclisti in quanto vicino alle più belle città toscane. Ci torneremo sicuramente. L'host molto presente anzi precedeva sempre una nostra eventuale domanda.

Our stay in Figline Valdarno was perfect! Lorenzo was a very accommodating host before and throughout our stay, and we absolutely loved the property. Private garage, good restaurants in walking distance, and short walk to the train station. If you are considering a trip outside of Florence or to explore Tuscany, I would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Beautiful beach views and an incredible terrace to enjoy them from. The bed was super comfortable, the place was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. Great host – friendly, responsive, and really flexible with our changing arrival time. Highly recommend! Vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e una terrazza incredibile da cui godersela. Soggiorno incantevole, camera e patio con vista inarrivabile per bellezza e quiete. Camera bellissima, fornitissima, tutto estremamente curato nei dettagli da una persona -Elena, pur non avendo avuto l'occasione di incontrarsi- che ci mette amore nel fornire una esperienza assolutamente da ripetere. Anche gli spazi comuni sono estremamente curati e confortevoli.

Felt home, we were pleased with the stay. Giulia and her mum were very reactive and friendly. the place was spacious, clean and welcoming. we had a good experience.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
