Jane and Gampiero were incredible from start to finish. Always responsive, helpful tips, friendly. Fantastic drinks welcome was wonderful. The location is exactly what I wanted and the house perfect. 25 minutes on the train to Florence was again, what I wanted. Thanks guys. I will be back.

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

We ended our Italy trip in this magical place. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our large family. The kids were happy in the pool and surroundings around the property. We were received and taken care of in the very best way. Warmth, hospitality and nice conversations. Historical tour of the Villa and the estates where time has stood still and environments are cared for fondly. We are so glad we found this gem. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the pool and garden! Host was very respinsive. If hot outside, make sure to learn public transportation or use taxi. If nice out, it would be a beautiful walk into the city for meals/activities.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

I had an amazing stay at one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever experienced! Located in a historic palazzo in the heart of Florence, the apartment is surrounded by stunning frescoed walls and immersed in centuries of history. The space is a perfect blend of classic architecture and modern design, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere. My stay was nothing short of incredible, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Tuscany.

Great apartment. Great location. A little disappointing to go outside and see the outdoor area dusty and not set up for guests. The outdoor space had empty pots and non of the decorations from the photos, BUT the lush garden around and at the top of the stairs was really lovely, and made up for it. The kitchen had what you need, and what was lacking, the host was quick to remedy. I would recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had that authentic Italian charm you dream about—wooden beams, warm terracotta floors, and a tiny Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops. Pure magic. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio. Yet somehow, it felt tucked away and peaceful, like a local secret. We could pop out for a morning espresso and be back before the croissants cooled down. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat like a Florentine (pro tip: skip the tourist traps near the piazzas and follow their suggestions—you won’t regret it!). Our stay was truly magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there with advice and help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful that we were able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

Absolutely gorgeous views overlooking the river from the bedroom suite. The location is walkable to all the main attractions of the city (Florence is relatively small!), and coming back to this BnB after long days of sightseeing was a joy. Would absolutely stay again if back in the area.

We loved our stay! Giacomo was a responsive host - check in was smooth and easy! Additionally - he provided perfect details for parking (it was easy for us to have a car during our stay!) This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!
