Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a great long weekend at Enrico his villa. It was a very nice and clean place. Well organized. A beautifull garden and a lovely pool. We as a family of 4 had a great 5 days. Would recommend for everyone. Enrico is a great host. Very supportive and helpful. A very kind host.

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The family felt relaxed and happy the moment that we arrived, met our hosts and settled into our stay! Our hosts were kind and generous people, who left a basket of the farm produce for us to eat. It was delicious! Grazie! Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

Pina is een zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Het huis was pico bello. Ze verwelkomde ons met een zelfgebakken taart en de dag voor vertrek kregen we ook nog een heerlijk gerecht voor het avondeten. Ze is zorgzaam op de achtergrond. Het huis is een prima plek om van daaruit de omgeving te bekijken: paleis van Caserta, Napels, Pompei, de Amalfische kust, het eiland Procida. Kortom: van harte aanbevolen.

The apartment was very clean, with strong air conditioning that made it comfortable even on hot days. The location is excellent—right outside the door you’re in the middle of a lively, walkable area with restaurants, shops, and sights all close by. Just be aware there are quite a few stairs to climb, so if you’re bringing large or heavy bags, keep that in mind. Check-in was flexible with electronic keypads for entry. Overall, a great stay.

Chouette appartement, idéalement situé à proximité du centre historique. A deux pas du métro 🚇 Federico est un super hôte, proactif et prévenant. Il vous donnera plein de belles adresses pour découvrir Naples de la meilleure des manières 🙂 Certains pourraient trouver qu'ily a du bruit dans le quartier, mais dans le cœur d'une ville aussi animée que Naples, rien de plus logique 😀

Silvana è un host stupenda sotto tantissimi aspetti. Noi siamo stati accolti meglio che a casa. Porteremo nel cuore sia Silvana che il bellissimo paese tranquillo di Conca Casale. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Maria pia ci ha accolti con molta disponibilità cortesia, gentile e socievole. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, 3 stanze da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, cucina ampia, bel giardino a disposizione, la casa è posizionata all inizio di Terracina a 5 minuti in macchina dalle spiagge, al di fuori delle zone Trafficate. Consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo lontano dal traffico ma vicino alle zone balneari

Superbe appartement plein de charme, moderne, spacieux, design et comfortable. L'immeuble est dans son jus, comme le veut le quartier et pas mal d'endroit à Naples. Mais le métro est au coin de la rue et tout est ainsi accessible. Grazie e ciao, Gaetano!

Todo excelente. Diego y Giorgio fueron muy amables y con rápida respuesta. El departamento está nuevo. Hermoso y… con cuadro de Diego Armando Maradona!!

Sitio en el mismo centro de la ciudad, a 2 minutos de Spaccanapoli. Apartamento muy amplio y limpio, en una zona tranquila sin ruido. El personal muy atento y amable.

Via een heel steil, smal weggetje bereikte we het huis. Wat een geweldige plek! Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige tuin. Oké, de douche is krap, maar dat gaat prima. En Vincenzo doet alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Binnen 10 minuten zitten we in Gaeta. En het minder toeristische Formia heeft ook een verrassend mooi oud centrumpje. We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti nell'alloggio di Federica a Colli a Volturno. Casa immersa nella natura, a pochi minuti di auto dal centro del paese e da ristoranti e servizi. Giacomo che ha gestito il check-in è stato gentilissimo a fornirci consigli su cosa vedere in zona e disponibile. Il lago di Castel San Vincenzo è a circa 15 minuti di auto dall'abitazione. Si può parcheggiare in strada a pochi passi dalla casa. Per me è un posto fantastico per rilassarsi e per visitare i dintorni, fare escursioni o trekking e gli host ci tengono a far trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno fornendo tutto il necessario. Noi abbiamo adorato la terrazza e la famiglia di gattini che vive praticamente nell'edificio di fronte. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale.

We had an Amazing stay at the Airbnb. The place was perfect and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly and communicative, even letting us check in early. The apartment had everything we needed and ensured we had the best time. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Naples.
