Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

Wir waren zu dritt bei Massimo und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ob Stadtbesichtigung von Siena& Florenz, Weinverkostung oder einfach die Ruhe am Haus genießen: für alles das perfekt geeignet! Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, Massimo und Beatrice haben viel Arbeit reingesteckt um ihren Gästen einen authentischen Aufenthalt zu bieten: trotzdem aber modern mit Klimaanlage- im Sommer geht’s auch kaum ohne! We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

We had a really good time at this place. It was spacious, clean, and worked perfectly for our group. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the house had all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a big plus—especially the terrace and patio area with the big table, which was great for hanging out and having meals together. The location is honestly perfect—super peaceful, but just a short drive to Florence, great local restaurants, and vineyards. Also, there was tons of parking space, which made things super easy for us. Check-in was smooth and the host was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Traumhaft und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft im Herzen des Chianti Gebietes mit fantastischem Ausblick . Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig! Das Haus, der Garten sowie der großzügige Pool waren genial. Toskana Feeling pur. Christine und John waren großartige Gastgeber. Christine hatte tolle Restaurant Tipps und hat sogar die Reservierungen für uns vorgenommen (Somit waren auch immer gute Sitzplätze in den Restaurants garantiert). Wir waren einen Tag sogar in Ihrer anderen Unterkunft der „Villa La Petraia“ zu Gast. Die Zimmer waren sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Anwesen und der Ausblick auch traumhaft. Christine hat ein ausgesprochen gutes Gespür für Design und Einrichtung. Ein Design Hotel vom Feinsten. Ich hoffe bald wieder zu kommen.

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

Valeria und Simone haben eine super schöne und saubere Wohnung! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet einen super Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir immer gute Tipps und Ratschläge von den beiden bekommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt und da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte er sich frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

We come from Hong Kong, and a building like this is not often seen there. We are very happy to have had the chance to stay at the house. Some of the details in the house really impressed us, especially the antique furniture! Pietro is a great host—very friendly and responsive. I had some pleasant conversations with him. Thanks again!

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Flavio und wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Der Hof ist ein Idyll in Umbrien, direkt an der Grenze zur Toskana. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen und Ausblick genießen und der Pool war perfekt zum abkühlen nach unseren Unternehmungen. Toll fanden wir auch das Öl vom Hof. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Eva's place is absolute heaven. We stayed for 10 days with our two small children (1 and 4) and had the most wonderful time. The apartment is perfect – beautifully decorated with everything catered for. The outside garden and terrace is great for eating with amazing views. And the pool is also wonderful – we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. We couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you, Eva and family!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus – alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Auch mit unserem Hund haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es war absolut hundefreundlich! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der angebotene Pizzaabend – das war nicht nur super gemütlich, sondern auch kulinarisch ein echtes Erlebnis. Ehrlich gesagt, eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 🌟

Meravigliosamente immerso nella natura, il casale con la sua varietà di locali e di spazi esterni , angoli curati ed intimi nel giardino intorno alla casa , piante e fiori che decorano ed ombreggiano è veramente piacevole. Il nostro appartamento era spazioso e molto curato nei dettagli ..ho apprezzato molto le caratteristiche antiche mantenute nella ristrutturazione e la cura nei dettagli, la creatività dei decori. I "fiori all'occhiello" sono il terrazzino con vista sulla valle e la colazione che con cura è stata preparata da Viola..da non perdere!!! e la piscina ...un respiro fresco nel caldo estivo....e poi la compagnia discreta e dolce di Cappuccino , Nerina e i gatti tutti adorabili. I ventilatori al soffitto nel pomeriggio non riescono a rinfrescare molto , ma la sera e la notte la temperatura si abbassa nuovamente e si dorme benissimo nel silenzio della campagna. Un soggiorno nella casa di Viola è da non perdere, così come la sua marmellata di More di gelso da acquistare.
