Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

Independent studio, with its own entrance and exit, in the garage of a detached house on the hillsides and very close to the village of Castanet-Tolosan, at the end of a private road. Parking is available in front of the house. Welcome and key exchange by the family. 25 m2, very clean, with everything you need to rest, cook, work… 15-minute walk to the center of Castanet with shops, restaurants, small cinema. Bus stop at the bottom of the road to reach Ramonville metro station.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Take a break and relax at La Bullerie, a small terraced house in the beautiful residence called "Domaine du lac". Enjoy access to Rabaudy Park and its charming lake. Discover beautiful walks along the green corridor that borders the Canal du Midi, passing through the Castanet lock (10 minutes' walk from the house). You will be welcomed by Amandine and Slime (her cat) in their duplex house where a beautiful and spacious room awaits you upstairs. (LGBT friendly)

The studio is located in a quiet and charming area, close to shops, 10 min walk from the city center (Halle aux grains, Metro Francois Verdier) and 15 min from the train station. You will find : - a sofa bed with comfortable mattress (Tediber), - a kitchenette (microwave, induction stove, mini fridge), - a bathroom with large shower and toilet. Access is independent, allowing full autonomy. We will be delighted to advise you during your Toulousain stay.

At the gates of Ariège and Toulouse Capitole (25 min) you can discover the treasures of the Pyrenees.
