The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

Fantastic place, great for relaxing and also a good middle point for Rome, Pompeii, Naples. Pool is a great addition, and there’s plenty of room in the property. Salvatore and Mary were great, Salvatore was there to meet us on check in and give a tour of the property. They also own a lovely restaurant nearby that I would highly recommend paying a visit! Would stay again.

The house is a real gem: exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. But above all, silence reigns: total peace. Giovanni, the owner, is fantastic: always attentive to our needs, helpful and a really pleasant person to talk to. If we give the house 5 stars, the garden definitely deserves 10 stars... simply wonderful. An ideal place for those looking for relaxation and who want to enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Very relaxing vacation, the exterior has ample space and very livable. The swimming pool is small but it does its job. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. Sandra is very helpful and has recommended many activities in the area (many with discounts). A great vacation in a peaceful setting.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

“Simple life, simple living. “ The house was absolutely stunning. The grounds were breathtaking. Andrea was an absolute joy to meet and be friend our stay at his home felt like I was visiting family. Andrea was a very accommodating host and treated us like we were part of his family. It didn’t matter what time of the day it was as he would constantly remind us that whenever we needed something to give him a call and he would be there in seconds. I tried not to take advantage of that, but my conversations with him were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Italy, It is a must to stay there. Andrea on our first day realized that I was here visiting family and offered his home to my extended family for all of us to get together so we could see each other. Not only was he a gracious host but he also came bearing gifts almost every day. I honestly had tears in my eyes on the day I left as I knew I would miss him and the amazing property.

Anna and Giordano's apartment is located at the foot of the historic center of San Felice, in the heart of the Circeo. Convenient location both to reach the historic center (which is a few minutes' walk away), and to reach the main beach of San Felice (a little less than 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by car). You can easily reach any point of the Circeo by car, but, by moving a little further, you can also reach places like Sperlonga and Gaeta. The apartment has a private parking space on the other side of the street, but you can still drive to the house to unload and load your luggage. Communication with Anna and Giordano has always been very quick and effective. The apartment inside is well-kept and furnished in a nautical style; the highlight of the house is definitely the terrace with an adjacent kitchen and a spectacular view from which you can enjoy a sunrise with fantastic colors. Definitely recommended!

There is a reason that guests want to return to this beautiful home and I, like many others, have been enchanted by it's charm. Credit has to be given to host Stella who is responsible for the five star reviews and return visits. This is our fourth stay. The setting is spectacular! Inside the Airbnb, you will find a beautiful and well designed home that has lovely furniture and personal touches, a complete kitchen, a large bathroom, outdoor balcony spaces and a comfortable bed and bedroom. Stella is the ultimate host and will make sure that you have a five star experience, one that you will not forget. You might however be spoiled after visiting this Airbnb as you will always be comparing other places to this one. Thank you once again Stella and Tony for making us feel welcome and special and hope to see you again soon.

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

Ornella was a wonderful host, and we loved staying here! The house is about a 35min walk to the top of Pesche, and a 5min drive to Isernia. We have recommended this place to all of our family that will soon visit. Only downfalls of the property: A little cold in the house, but there were plenty of blankets. Also, the water was not very hot, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It’s cozy and quiet, and inconveniently located to everything we wanted to see.

Great place to stay in the center of Terracina. We always moved on foot forgetting about the car. The host has always been hyper available for any request and always polite. The place is really nice, with a modern and functional style of decor. I would definitely go back! Recommended

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.
