Villa Susanna

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate inner courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests to enjoy. The two villas are presented with a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfast, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners, and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double room with an air conditioner, and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other a loft overlooking the living area, equipped with the Polifemo Ion refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

We were looking for a quiet place, surrounded by nature and close to the beach, and we found it in Eduardo's place, where we stayed for 5 nights. The property is a small gem, well maintained and clean, both inside and out. It is in a tactical position, very close to wonderful beaches and cities. Inside, the cottage is small, but perfect for a couple, it meets all needs. Perfectly equipped. Outside, there is a private space for sunbathing and eating out, and you can admire the native nature in total relaxation. Eduardo was always available, before our arrival and also during our stay. Host and top person! We hope to be back soon!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Flavias place is a true gem. Very private residence, right on a beautiful beach. Flavias father, Gigi, helped us check in, and out. He was kind, and helpful despite us not knowing italian. He even washed our car winshield for our depature. This is a special place, and memorable experience. Don't hesitate to book!

We had a fantastic week at Villa Sele Fontane Bianche and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to visit Sicily. The apartment has everything you need and is close to restaurants, the beach and a local bakery. On site there is a very clean pool which we used regularly in the day and evenings. Gino was the best host we have had and will go out of his way to ensure you have great time. He has loads of knowledge and will be there to help out with anything. We look forward to visiting again! Eveline and Tonino were super welcoming and very accommodating on the check-in! The location was ideally located for us who had planned to visit Noto and Syracuse (20 minutes by car), Fontane Bianche beach 10 minutes away, and the Cavagrande gorges 30 minutes away ... The only downside is the slightly high rate for our liking for the cleaning service (€80) otherwise the apartment is very nice and the terrace is at the top!

We had a great time staying at Antonio and his family's place! Unfortunately, our outbound flight was delayed for 3 hours and Antonio checked in with us at 2 o'clock at night and was more than friendly. The place is very well maintained, there was even water, everything for an Italian breakfast and pasta for cooking. The garden area is well maintained and the pool very pleasant. It is definitely recommended to have a car, then the beautiful old town of Syracuse can be reached in about 15 minutes and you are on the very beautiful beach in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend the place in Arenella!

Timeless: Detached villa with infinity pool

Stunning property with the most incredible view. The pool and outdoor space was beautifuly maintained, and all the rooms were perfectly appointed. Andrea was such a wonderful host, sending personal recommendations (we loved the Sicilian champagne suggested), and checking that everything was ok. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing base from which to visit the eastern side of Sicily.
