From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Poised on the bluff overlooking the Pacific, the Cliff House at Otter Point is unlike any other vacation home on the coast! Consisting of 3- hexagonal structures surrounding an open spa deck, it can accommodate up to 8 adults in separate semi-private sleeping areas. Base rate is for 4-Guests. *11% Bed Tax is added at the time of booking. *Additional guests are $35 per person, per night, plus tax. *Eight (8) Guests is the maximum allowed. *No events or parties allowed

Pacific Gem - Jewel of the Bluff

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

The cottage sits on a 3-acre wooded ocean front property shielding you from the outside world and providing you with the privacy to relax while watching whales passing by.
