Apartment holiday rentals in Caska

Our stay was seamless, communication was quick and straightforward. The apartment was perfect for 4 people and offers a very nice view as well as a good location. It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach. We were there in mid-September out of season, so there was less going on in Novalja than expected. Overall, everything necessary was available in the apartment and everything as described!

We would always like to come back, highly recommended and the location is perfect if you want to vacation on Zrce Beach, in addition, the city of Novalja is also very easy to reach by car, only 6 min. There are also very beautiful beaches nearby. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was also very pleasant.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The view, the space and literally everything. Check in and out is perfectly easy and you have everything you need. I need to go back as soon as possible!

Great apartment with beautiful block from the balcony. All locations of Novalja are in walking distance. Very clean and everything as advertised is available. Communication with Marica is very easy and flexible. All in all highly recommended!

An unforgettable short trip with 8 people! We stayed in Martina's AirBnB for hiking in this area and had a really comfortable and worry-free time - there was nothing missing. Lots of luxury and an extremely friendly hostess, who responded to all our wishes, welcomed us in her particularly hospitable way. There was always easy and direct communication with the host, even if there were a few special requests. We are grateful for these moments of eating together on the beautiful terrace, sweating in the sauna, or being able to enjoy a relaxing TV or billiard evening. 5 stars for the accommodation in this dream location as well as 5 stars for Martina - our AirBnB heroine 🌄

Fast answers and good apartment

Everything went well. Very nice and high quality accommodation. Novalia is basically a party city - accordingly, the clientele of the other holiday guests was. But the building management has a clear line and guarantees peace in the evening.

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

Perfect place. Far enough away from the main square for some quiet but 1 minute walk and you've got about a dozen great restaurants to explore.

I was here on a short vacation and I am delighted! The location is a full hit because it is near the island of Pag and Zadar is very close. Monika and Jure were excellent hosts, they gave me recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby and welcomed me with gifts in a basket - a wonderful gesture. The apartment is impeccably clean and I enjoyed their beautiful terrace. All recommendations!

Ivana is a great host and the place was spotlessly clean. Everything what you need is on hand, beach is a short minute walk away, it’s quiet and we sleept like babys. She was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, parking is for free and included right in front the house. Recommended!

We went for Sonus Festival. The location is very practical since we were close to the festival (around 25/30 minutes walk) but we took Ubers most of the times. Also, Gajac beach is very beautiful to relax. Anja helped out a lot and was very communicative and available. I recommend it!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Perfect apartment. Beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful promenade overlooking the historic center of Rab. Friendly and attentive hospitality.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!
