Ivanna’s place was the perfect location for our family! Close to Siesta Key, yet in a private, quiet neighborhood. We loved the lush landscaping, and how well laid out the interior was. It was spotless! Our family also enjoyed the screened in porch and pool in the backyard in addition to that incredible cappuccino machine. I slept so well! Will definitely be staying again!

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and the grill was a plus! Our toddler loved the pool and all the beach toys! We enjoyed the location and quick access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying again!

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

I enjoyed this location so much that I booked it a second time for my work trip to Nokomis, Florida! The privacy and home-like feel are exactly what I look for. Ty is an exceptional host who is incredibly responsive and caring. This spot is perfect for any trip, personal or work-related.

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described and it is SO spacious. It’s only 7 minutes from Manasota Key Beach and when you go, it has plenty of parking and amenities. Also, Joshua responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend! The house was very cute, clean and very well stocked. The pool, patio area and pool features were fantastic. Everything was excellent and the host was very responsive and friendly. The check in and out process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

Our stay at Greg and Bernadetta’s home in Venice, FL was exceptional. Every glowing review we read before booking turned out to be 100% accurate. The house is beautifully maintained with modern lighting, updated appliances. The layout is both stylish and functional. It was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation. One of the standout features for us was how comfortable and accessible the home was for my elderly father, who has limited mobility. The setup made it easy for him to move around safely. At the same time, the home and pool area were safe and accommodating for our 1-year-old granddaughter. She made herself right at home. Greg and Bernadetta went above and beyond as hosts. The home was stocked with many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. They’ve put a lot of care and attention into every detail to make guests feel welcome. We can’t recommend this home highly enough, and we hope to return. Thank you, Greg and Bernadetta, for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

We loved our recent stay here! We had a bit of a challenge with lots of rainy weather so having a BEAUTIFUL backyard with synthetic grass and an amazing pool SAVED THE DAY(S). We ran outside with every break in the weather and the kids stayed as happy as can be. The home not only looked clean, but FELT clean and the decor was tasteful and didn’t feel overly beach kitschy- as we’ve run into before. Hoping to be back next year!

My family of 4 recently had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed, perfectly clean, and well stocked. It is located very close to a great bike trail and we used the bikes that were provided by the hosts. The house also had beach chairs, toys, and a shark tooth sifter for guests to use. The beds were our favorite part and everyone slept wonderfully!

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

Would recommend highly! Great location (everything is working a 10-15 min drive at the most). The place itself is very cozy and plenty of space for the four of us that resided there for the weekend. Definitely would stay here again if I find myself in the area again.

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

We stayed the week for our honeymoon and we could not be happier with our stay! The house is beautiful inside and out. The pool was amazing and very private! All the basics that you would need she provides within the home. I would not hesitate to come back and stay in this house!!

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!
