Holiday rentals with a patio in Casamassima

Wir haben unser Apulien Abenteuer in Bari gestartet. Perfekt dafür war Paola‘s wunderbares Apartment in zentraler, aber dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage. Das gesamte Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist Tipp Topp sauber! Die Terrasse war schattig und sehr angenehm. Gleich um die Ecke im vanity Café haben wir unsere beiden Tage gestartet. Vielen Dank an Paola für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und die angenehme Kommunikation. Paola hat uns sogar noch sehr spät am Abend empfangen, nachdem unser Flug verspätet war. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt ein sehr gutes Erlebnis, dass wir gerne empfehlen!!

Erg charmant appartement. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, werkende smart tv. In een prachtige omgeving met mooie stranden en oude binnenstad. Parkeren in buurt is wat lastiger, maar er is altijd, al is het wat verderop, wel een plekje te vinden. Gastheer is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

We had a fantastic stay in Graziano’s flat. The location was ideal for exploring Bari and the surrounding areas given how close it was to the train station. The flat itself is comfortable, with a great balcony and was very quiet. Graziano was a fantastic and helpful host, with great recommendations and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Claudia was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. She welcomed us in the apartment and we felt right at home. The apartment is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the train station, and close to the main square and the old part of town. In addition to the very unique look and feel of the place, the private terrasse was a great spot to enjoy the morning sun. Claudia’s food recommandations were also spot on, we enjoyed every single one that we tried.

Erasmina’s apartment is well appointed with everything you need have a comfortable stay. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to unwind. Very relaxing. The host provides a great environment to take any stress out of this part of travelling. Great communication and you have the impression nothing would be too much trouble. We would re-book this apartment in a heart beat if we were to return to this part of Italy.

anfitriões fantásticos, extremamente gentis, atenciosos. Apto maravilhoso, decoração linda de extremo bom gosto, tudo muito limpo, banheiro e cozinha impecáveis. Quarto silencioso, ótimo para descansar. Anfitriões nos deram muitas dicas de passeios, restaurantes, sempre respondendo prontamente, com muita simpatia e educação. Recomendo à todos!!!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

It was a great stay- we had wonderful time and the place is very nice in close proximity to the sea and all nice restaurants and caffès.

Een fijn appartement niet ver buiten het oude centrum. we gebruikten de fietsen. waren wel wat oud, maar prima voor deze stukjes naar het centrum. Dicht bij het strand en een prima ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat. Vincenzo stond ons altijd te woord waar nodig. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans ce logement. L’accueil du couple hôte a été très chaleureux. Le monsieur parlait français, ce qui a grandement facilité les échanges. Ils ont été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire dans la région et nous ont recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restaurants. À notre arrivée, de l’eau, du lait et de quoi grignoter pour le petit-déjeuner étaient à notre disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

De accommodatie van Mina is prachtig. Ruim, mooi afgewerkt. Zij heeft er echt aandacht aan besteedt. Prachtige badkamer. Vanaf de eerste stap heeft de accommodatie voor ons een WOW-factor. Alles mooier en beter dan de foto's aangeven. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Dan zit je heerlijk centraal ten opzichte van veel plaatsen zoals; Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, de kust. Verder is Mina vriendelijk gastvrij en reageert altijd en snel. 1 klein minpuntje; er zijn wel wat honden in de buurt. Die hebben ons wel 1 nacht wakker gemaakt/gehouden. Maar de overige 10 nachten hebben wij heerlijk geslapen Deze accommodatie kunnen wij zeker aanbevelen. Wij komen in ieder geval graag terug.

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

The view was STUNNING and the appartamento felt stylish and welcoming. If you’re going to Matera, stay here. You will not be disappointed!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Dario en zijn katten, kippen en hond. Een prachtige rustige omgeving op een steenworp van de drukte van Martina Franca. Dario staat altijd voor je klaar voor tips een gezellige borrel of zelfs een bbq! De week bij hem thuis was geweldig een aanrader voor iedereen die ‘echt’ puglia wil ontdekken

Stefano’s airbnb is the best airbnb we have stayed in. We were able to drop our bags before check in. The bottle of wine was great. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and watched the fireworks from the terrace. He was helpful in finding us a taxi too. I highly recommend

Piermario et Antonio sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec la présentation du logement qui est merveilleusement équipé , tout à été prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison. Des petites attentions culinaires nous attendaient , deux vélos que nous avons utilisé presque tous les jours pour aller au marché coperto ou bien jusqu à la gare pour prendre le train ,ou aller à la plage, sans oublier la petite cour interieure, un vrai petit bijou .Ils ont pensé à tout y compris au barbecue. On n'a plus envie de repartir quand on est là bas. La situation géographique est idéale avec les transports à proximité et les magasins,restaurants etc... Ils sont très réactifs des qu un petit souci se présente. On a qu'une seule envie c est d'y retourner. Merci de nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Brigitte et Victor

Super mooie en schone Trullo, je zit heerlijk afgezonderd van de bewoonde wereld. Giuseppe was erg vriendelijk, kan dit verblijf iedereen aanraden !!!

Superbe logement !! Nous regrettons presque d'y avoir passé qu'une nuit. Rosa est une hôte très accueillante avec qui la communication est parfaite. Le parking privé est un plus. recommandé !

Stunning property, full of character. Has been lovingly restored. We loved the roof terrace and balcony with views. Great location. Very friendly and helpful hosts who checked us in. Can recommend 100%. One of the best Airbnbs we have every stayed in!

Que puedo decir de este hermoso lugar! Si quieres tener una base para recorrer todos los pueblos alrededor, esta es la opción! Es el mejor airbnb que vimos hasta el momento, es hermoso despertarse frente al mar y dormirse con el ruido de las olas! El departamento es muy grande y la comunicación fue increíble! Aparte de que Molfetta es muy bonito! Sin duda volveremos muchas gracias!

Que dire … à part merci pour tout. Le personnel est aux soins, d’une gentillesse sans égale. Merci à Roberto et Paola. Réactif, ils m’ont même trouver des solutions pour taxi et restaurants. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Polignano, Monopoly, Alberobelo etc. Vous avez conversano à 4 min en voiture, très animé, festif et avec beaucoup de restaurant. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.
