House holiday rentals in Casalgrande

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

Lovely place with spectacular views in quiet surroundings. Perfect for truly relaxing holidays. The house is beautifully renovated (and even better than in the pictures) with lots of space for everyone. There is lots of wildlife including wild boars, porcupine, deer and fox. Watch out for scorpions (normal for the area and not dangerous, but be careful with dogs or kids). The pool is very nice and clean, too. It is possible to do nice walks nearby (good hiking shoes and maybe hiking sticks recommended)

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

The housing setting as well as the housing are incredible! A magnificent view of the Alps and the accommodation a beautiful renovated old farm! The pool is kept at a very good temperature, which is really nice!!Martina's parents, who manage the accommodation and live next door, were really welcoming and spoke French very well! Which was really nice throughout the stay. Only small remark is that in view of the geographical location and the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have the basic necessities on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...) plan all this on arrival to live your stay as best as possible! Cozy house, well furnished, with spa and gym, equipped with every comfort, everything manages to make even the days of bad weather spectacular! Andrea is always ready and available for any need, he made us spend a memorable weekend. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Mauro was a kind host who allowed us to check in early according to our needs. The apartment is convenient for getting around on foot but above all it has a private parking space included in the price (around the parking lots are all paid). Maybe a few more tools were missing in the kitchen, but overall everything went very well. Thank you

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. Absolute THANK YOU, MARIO...(And your wife to interpret) Grazie.

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! Accommodation surrounded by nature, spacious... with everything you need for a vacation of a few days. Beautiful surroundings and great for a hike in the woods around you... narrow and steep access road but accessible by car... necessary to get around... immersed in a small, very quiet village... This apartment takes you back to medieval times and you to the past and I beautiful animatic setting. The balcony overlooking the circular river is amazing. The mountains and clouds provide a moody setting that changes with every passing cloud. The resident duck can be seen feeding as you soak up the sun. The apartment is rustic with a modern bathroom, and the kitchen is stocked with welcoming snacks, wine, and coffee. Overall, our stay gave us a lasting impression, our timeless tradition and lifestyle.

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Beautiful structure, clean and with garden and private parking space in a quiet setting. Staircase with 2 ramps for access to the floor. Great solution for the 2 double beds + 1 single bed. We will be back.

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the comforts and we had a great time. Excellent location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

Very welcoming and functional small house. everything is available to have a good stay in the heart of Collecchio. A parking space is available in front of the house (be careful however if your vehicle is a little large, the access is narrow) Air conditioning is welcome when it's hot and works perfectly.
