Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carvalhal

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

This is a lovely place to explore Sintra and the national park. You're really close to the beaches and the forests, with the best view of a small village. Check in was easy and we received really clear instructions on how to find the building. The cottage is gorgeous and well stocked, we had a comfortable stay.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Joannas Unterkunft. Es gab einen tollen Ausblick, die Lage war super mit schönen Stränden in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft und Einrichtung sind zwar recht einfach gehalten, aber das Gesamtkonzept war sehr stimmig. Die Terrasse mit kleinem Pool und direktem Zugang vom fast voll verglastem Wohnzimmer hat uns besonders gefallen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

Beautiful property, we didn’t even leave the place. Very well equipped, nice and clean pool, the view is wonderful.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

We spent a few days at Alexandra’s place and it was exactly as described if not even more. Extremely well equipped house in a stunning location. We spent days swimming in the ocean, nights admiring the night sky which is stunning in Porto Covo. The house itself is super cool yet very practical. We really loved our stay!

Claudia and Tina were wonderful hosts. Very hospitable. Tina showed us the flat and how everything worked and left us a nice bottle of wine. Claudia sent us a bountiful list of recommended local eateries and places to visit. They were friendly, response, and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was located in a residential area. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk downtown. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Carla est une superbe hote , réactive bienveillante. je recommande chaleureusement !! je connais sesimbra donc sans surprise le logement est très bien placé , ceux qui adore les sunset comme quoi vous allez adorer ! mention spéciale pour la literie , de très bonne qualité et même pour les enfants !!

Joana’s apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Air conditioning helpful on the warm days. Location walkable for many areas of interest. The Breakfast Lovers restaurant was 4 minute walk from apartment and phenomenal. Joana had a thorough list of local restaurants, which was helpful. There were nighttime celebrations for the upcoming feast of St Anthony, and outdoor celebrations at night were loud, just an awareness. Would highly recommend.

Wir sind als Paar gereist. Die Unterkunft ist genau richtig für uns gewesen. Ruhige Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die nähere Umgebung bietet Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell entweder zu Fuss oder mit Bus, Bahn oder Metro zu erreichen. Maria hat uns jederzeit gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles notwendige war vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. Bruno sent many personalized recommendations based on our interests. Having the pool was incredible after long day of sight seeing. Private, quiet, but also steps away from great restaurants and landmarks. Don’t hesitate to book!

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Umgebung! Man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen und sich zurückziehen. Wir hatten viel Privatsphäre und konnten sogar später auschecken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und man kocht da gerne. Der Gemüsegarten, aus dem man noch frische Kräuter und Gemüse nehmen durfte zum kochen, war ebenfalls ein highlight. Petter ist ein toller Host und ich würde wiederkommen.

Foi muito bom ficar lá . Era um espaço moderno e acolhedor. A vista era o que mais prometia e de facto é de tirar o fôlego. Seja de dia , de noite ou de madrugada. A tv proporcionava imensos entretenimentos, havia loiça imensa no caso de se querer fazer uma refeição , e a zona é tranquila. Perfeito para uma escapadinha a 2.

A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

This apartment was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—full of charm and character that made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. The real star of the show was the garden patio. It was like stepping into a secret oasis in the heart of the city. Lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of birds made it the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or a quiet glass of wine under the stars.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

It was my 2nd time in the appartment and I cannot wait to return. The flexible check-in via key box is amazing let alone the supermercado on the bottom of the Costa de Castelho. I will definetly book for 2026!!! Obrigado.

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.

We loved staying in the apartment, the view from the balcony was amazing. Joana was brilliant, was very accommodating when we arrived early and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Was lovely to meet in person and the little dog Obi. It was relaxing to come back to a peaceful oasis on the balcony from the hustle and bustle of the tourist spots. Be warned though, access to the apartment requires lots of steps as is situated on a hill so may not be for everybody!
