The place was secure, spacious and clean, the family really values art and the place is comfortable, close to public transportation and close to both central tunis and north of tunis, also close to one of the most amazing scenes in carthage, hospitality was amazing, the hosts mom was an elegant lady that makes you feel very welcome, amazing place, totally recommend it.

Very nice spacious villa. The pool and the outdoor seating area are ideal and quiet ☺️ Upstairs the terrace is very pleasant. Hosni is a smiling host available at all times. I recommend it 100%. We spent 10 dream days. Thank you 🤩

Rented to accommodate part of my family for my wedding, the Villa proposed by Samira did more than meet our expectations. Well equipped and maintained, it has above all a real charm with many mosaics and magnificent stained glass windows. Samira was also a quality host for both her availability and kindness. Finally, in terms of positioning, you will have to take taxis or rent a car to get around, but the placement of the Villa means that the tourist areas (Marsa, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and even the city center) are rather quick to access. No doubt that I recommend the Villa for a good stay in Tunis.

My best stay in Tunisia so far. Raouda is an amazing host and her house is beautiful. I was staying for almost 3 weeks there and I felt like at home. Very modern and stylish house. Location is perfect also,I will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Thank you Raouda so much😊

cozy accommodation, pleasant to live in, clean warm, quiet, functional, with a small swimming pool to soak which is pleasant in case of heat. Close to all amenities. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.

Great house, location and managing agent was very responsive. Kitchen needs to be better furnished but agent was helpful adding missing bits on a daily basis

Excellent stay (one night unfortunately) at Noham's! The villa is beautiful with original and sought-after decor. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool not overlooked. The location is ideal, located in a quiet and secure neighborhood. A special mention to Noham as a host, who made himself available, very helpful and attentive, giving importance to every detail for our greatest pleasure and comfort. Also, he gave good advice on activities (equestrian center, beaches...) and restaurants located near the villa. I will gladly come back (longer next time) as well as my family and I highly recommend this villa. Thank you for everything, Noham. 🙏

A beautiful villa on a gorgeous mountain with surreal views. The location is quiet and is steps away from the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely come back.

We loved this Beautiful Holiday Home despite some small maintenance issues that were resolved thanks to the responsiveness of the staff. The description of the house should be refined (ex:no indoor kitchen contrary to what was described on the listing, only one fridge for a capacity of 16 people is little..etc.) otherwise, the setting is magical in the heights of the forest with a refreshing pool and a magnificent sea view. Playing Padel too has been a fun time for adults. Overall, it's a successful stay with a good Qty/price ratio

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The space was luxurious, spacious, and meticulously clean, offering everything we could have wished for and more. Conveniently located!!!Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train station for Sidi Bou Said, Carthage and Tunis at 50 meters . Leda is a super responsive host with great communication. Thank you for everything

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!
