Nice studio located 90 meters from a cove with sea access on foot. It is completely independent with its garden and terrace with sea view. You have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space attached to the studio. The accommodation is in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

This was honestly one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in. It was a pleasure to cook in as everything was so well equipped! The outside area is so relaxing and the photos don’t do the view justice. The house was spotless and the big bath was amazing. Very good stay! The accommodation is clean, well decorated and comfortable. It is well located, close to the port, beaches and shops, which allows you to do anything on foot. The bedding is quality and the amenities are modern and easy to use. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. A good place that I would recommend without hesitation!

We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Both levels of the apartment had full sea views and two of the apartment’s 3 bedrooms had sea views. All 3 bedrooms were on upper floor and were accessed by a flight of stairs. There was 1-toilet-room and 1-shower room on the 2nd floor. There was a 2nd toilet on the main floor. The master bedroom had a private dressing room with a jacuzzi tub (without a toilet) and a small veranda. The downstairs living area had a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area with a table for 4-adults, and a nicely-furnished living room with a TV. The apartment’s spacious veranda, with its full sea view, deck furniture, and dining area, was a highlight. The air-conditioned enclosed sun-room, adjacent to the veranda, was furnished with a dining table set for 6-adults and offered another area to relax away from heat of the mid-day the sun. The property had a designated parking space and elevator. Internet speed was excellent. Communication with our host was excellent.
