Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Carroll County

We absolutely loved this home for a long weekend fishing trip. The wives stayed at the house to watch a movie, tried out the nearest winery, and went into town just a few minutes away which was absolutely adorable. The husbands found a million different fishing spots and had a blast. The kitchen has more than enough supplies for cooking/ small amounts of leftovers. Including two crock pots!! The beds were comfy and the showers were hot. No complaints.

Brenda and Charlie set the bar extremely high for other Airbnbs and hosts. The home and hot tub are emaculate. Everything is squeaky clean and in great condition. Brenda and Charlie are very communicative and even though we had no issues during our visit it was comforting to know they were close by and would respond quickly to any issues or questions. We have stayed here before and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Brenda and Charlie for all your hospitality and making us feel so special and welcomed in your lovely home.

this was a fabulous property and gorgeous home with a comfortable amount of space to lounge, play, and sleep!

The house was overly stocked with food and toiletries.... everything you already have at home. I cooked all my meals and the kitchen had everything i needed, down to the foil. The house is beautiful, clean, and furnished with high quality finishes down to the furniture. Comfortable size bathrooms. Not a hot tub person, and used it everyday! Charlie was kind and responded to a few questions. I would recommend this house for anyone who wants to feel like they are at home.

Very clean and comfortable with everything needed to have a relaxing weekend in the country. Jacuzzi is a plus along with the hammock and fire pit area.

Wow, really hard to find the words to describe the beauty, comfort, and amenities of this house and host. Me and my family rented it for our annual family reunion in Galax this year. The view is absolutely breathtaking. So relaxing and enjoyable. This property and host really set the bar high for rentals. I will always try to reserve this place first every time we visit Galax in the future.

We loved our stay at Adventure Cabin. Quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. The cabin was clean and well furnished. Got some great hiking and enjoyed the out of doors. The hot tub was a bonus! I was thankful to meet a fellow traveler in Tim. Beautiful weather, wonderful cabin and I was able to celebrate my son’s life in the mountains.

Excellent place for couples to stay. We felt at home there and we had very easy access to the New River Trail to ride our bikes. The location was also nice to visit my parents in Wytheville but still feel like we were on a get away. Thank you for letting us stay.

Stayed here a few times. Love how remote it is. Hardly have a signal which I love. It’s right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Can walk up and down the road which is nice. Breakfast is always amazing!! Love it!!

Wow! It was perfect! I actually told my friend that God must live there, it was perfect! Soooo pretty. We rode our bikes everywhere. Hung out by the river, and just chilled. Bill, the owner was super super nice. We didn’t want to leave. We hope to go again!

Very quiet and peaceful location with farm/country scenery all around. Cabin was cozy and comfortable ... ideal for a couple. The host was very responsive and also informative about nearby points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was our stop on the way home. It was peaceful and quiet. Rebecca was extremely friendly and provided excellent directions. It has a nice hot tub to relax in after a long day of driving. There is also a fire pit and a grilling area available for use. We wish we had more time—what a charming place to stay.

Jim’s cabin was perfect. We comfortably fit 6 adults & 5 kids. The cabin was clean & perfectly furnished. It’s in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The view from the back porch every morning is beautiful! At least 2 of the bedrooms even had sound machines which was a pleasant surprise since I forgot to pack ours. Jim was also a great host; he replied to my messages right away, & allowed us to check in early. Be advised that you are 20-30 minutes from any stores/gas station, so make sure you have gas when heading to the cabin. If you want a good hike, I recommend Cascade Falls Trailhead, about 1:30 drive north. The only minor thing is that there are no bath towels provided, which was explained beforehand in the house manual. It wasn’t a big deal since we drove, but if we had flown, they would’ve taken up one of our small carryons, so it’s something to consider. Regardless, I would recommend Jim’s cabin & would stay here again. If you’re looking for the perfect cabin getaway, this is it!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a romantic get away. Quiet, solitude, no wifi and distractions. Music was playing when we arrived and we left on the entire weekend. Beautiful time of year for no bugs or critters. Windows open, a nice constant breeze, no leaves on the trees so we could see the skies and mountains in front of us. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! The 2 person hot tub was fantastic! It was truly great!
