This place was great! We booked last minute and were very pleased with our experience!

This place really sets the standard for items that are INCLUDED with a rental! Things were included WELL beyond expected. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, storage bags, spices, salt, pepper, blankets, towels, kayaks, bicycles, propane(3 bottles!), binoculars, printer, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, etc, etc, and the list goes on and on! How many places have half & half, butter, and orange juice in the refrigerator waiting on you? There was no corner cut anywhere. ALSO...this places was clean from top to bottom. We really enjoyed this place! Thank you for doing things the right way!

We have travelled to this area for years and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Gorgeous house, plenty of space for our big family. We had a blast with the golf cart, E-bikes and video games. Beach chairs were in excellent condition. House was beautifully decorated. My only complaint is they made us leave , I could have stayed forever LOL . Even accommodated a late check out. Communication is top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers . Thanks Darin for the best Mother’s Day a mom could have.

I don't even know where to begin .... John's place was so just fantastic! We were in town for a FSU graduation and were so happy we did not stay in the city. Our favorite part was having coffee while sitting in the adirondacks on the pier in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Just super peaceful. We saw an Otter swim right by and listened to the manatees make their huffing noises. The amount of birds we saw and heard was really cool also. We also saw a manatee from a little bit of a distance while sitting there, but we saw a number of them up close while out kayaking which was a first for us and totally amazing! On a couple of the nights we had 5 people there and there was enough comfortable sitting space in the living room for movie night, which is important to us. We made memories cooking family meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then walking down to eat around the comfortable table in the screened in room followed by games. I would return in a heartbeat!!

my family loved this house! it was the perfect size for me my husband 2 kids and our pup. the fenced In yard was great for our fur baby! he loved chasing lizards 😂. The house had everything we needed! the beds, couch, and chair in the living room were all very comfy! the water has a sulfur smell but it didn't bother us at all! truly a beautiful little place in a great location! we got to enjoy the beach, ice cream and great restaurants all very close.

This was the perfect stop for our big move with our pups. So great that they could stay and they had a great yard to run around in!

Emil was very helpful as we left our home in Tampa and were looking for a place to take cover during hurricane Milton.

The house was very convenient to alot of places and also fishing along shoreline is possible. Even with just some wading. The pool was nice as well. Our dogs also felt right at home.

I had a wonderful stay in Sopchoppy! The place was spotless—super clean and clearly well cared for. Dawn was such a kind and helpful host, always quick to respond and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into making her guests feel comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with a personal touch.

I can’t begin to describe what an amazing beach house this was. It went above and beyond my expectations. I felt right at home as if it was my own. The distance to the beach was perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. I was able to take my dog for a few mile long walks around the neighborhood. The sunsets are beautiful as well as the early morning breeze that blows through the screened in porch. The swing on the porch was big enough to sleep on. And if you are lucky you might even get to hear, see and feel the jets fly over heading towards or away from the near by Air Force base. But don’t worry you would hardly know the base was there unless you knew ahead of time. There are many restaurants and a cute little downtown. There is a lighthouse in town and even a Sea Turtle Center. I would definitely recommend Lourdes’ Pink Door Vacay and cannot wait to go there again soon.

Wonderful Stay! We were looking to get away as a family to relax and unwind and this was just the place! It’s in a beautiful area and so quiet and peaceful. We love when the beach hit low tide as my kids had so much fun with all the tide pools and seeing some cool ocean animals. The walk to the pool was perfect too and we swam every day! Definitely recommend!

Was so excited & pleased with our stay! Truthfully a hidden gem. We needed a getaway with our 2 year old for his birthday and wanted easy for nap time & play time. With the pool, it was just that. We brought our pup and they were incredibly pet friendly. I have never had a host so quick or responsive. They were truthfully so kind. It was worth every penny. We rented the golf cart and it was perfect to bundle and cruise around the island. Could not say enough great things! Also— after staying here, if there’s a negative review it’s truthfully because they didn’t speak up. When I say responsive— we mean responsive and quick to address any need. I wanted a broom and had one within minutes.

Six of us stayed at this lovely, brand new home during FSU’s graduation weekend. It is an hour away from FSU, but for us, it was a nice and quiet retreat from the crowds and busy energy in Tallahassee. We had a little hiccup late at night to start out our stay, but Deanna was immediately reachable. She pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation right away and everything worked out smoothly. Five stars for communication.  The home is in a new, gated and quiet neighborhood. It is clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would recommend bringing your own soaps, shampoos, etc., as they were not provided. This was not a problem for us because we typically travel with our own shower items anyway.  The kitchen was well equipped and contained all amenities we needed, including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Recommended for guests looking for a quiet place near the area’s secluded beaches.

What an amazing stay. The location could not be more blissful. The house has literally everything you could want and the view is stunning. I will be planning my next trip as soon as possible. This place is truly special and Rachel is a tremendous host!

We stayed for a week in this peaceful, scenic setting. Every bay-facing room has a view, and the screened porch was perfect for sunrise coffee. The bed was very comfortable. I cooked most dinners in the decently stocked kitchen. (If you love your prep knives, bring them.) It’s 30 min. to Walmart—great tackle selection at great prices. The tap water is salty but didn’t leave my hair feeling beachy or sticky. Lots of drinking water is provided. The handheld shower was awkward for my 5'10" husband, but fine for 5'1" me. Parking across the street deep enough for our RAM + trailer with kayaks and wide enough for two vehicles, but watch for poison ivy around the edges! Bring bug spray. Kayaks were an easy launch from the beach. Fishing was good, not epic (spotted trout & redfish). Best results were at oyster bars east of the beach. There were lots of birds and a family of wild pigs we watched for at twilight. Ultimately, our trip was beautiful and peaceful, and we had fun.

I really enjoyed this place. As a campsite or for an RV/Camper its great with the exception of not having any water or power. It's the cleared remnants of where a condo use to be, as is the space next to it, not smoth and cleared though. It was cloudy so we didn't get to see the stars like some of the other reviews and we never saw dolphins or anything like that. BUT this place really shines at low tide. The area immediately to the right and left have a lot of debris, not trash, clam shells, oyster shells, crabs, rocks, drift wood. Great place to beach comb but not so much swim. BUT at low tide both sides more or less become your own private beach. There are clean bathrooms and water fill stations about a mile down the road. During the day we beach combed for all sorts of memories to take home and at low tide we would go out and swim on a clear sandy bottom. Great place for the price if you can handle no power/water.

Good things do come in small packages! The unit is a 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and living room area. Also very nice outside areas (front and back) with a privacy fence and even an outdoor shower, washer and dryer in one area and a screened in porch with nice table and chairs in the other area. Nice kitchen area with ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking, with full sized stove, microwave and coffee maker. Living area has a comfortable sofa and large TV. Air conditioning was more than enough to cool the interior if needed. The whole unit appeared to be updated and was very clean. We would definitely return and communication when needed was always followed up with a prompt reply from the owner.

Wonderful home in a beautiful setting. The house is perfect and the deck and view off the deck are outstanding. Had a wonderful time here with our family of 4 and 3 dogs.

What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.

The house was perfect for our stay! Bedrooms and bathroom are a nice size. Plenty of room to move around. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the property.

Tonya's place is so amazing. The patio has a beautiful view, my girlfriend loved waking up and drinking coffee on the patio in the morning. It's a wonderful spot with privacy and lots to do around the area. Will book again!
