Just exceptional accommodation, nothing to complain about, it's cute, cozy, well decorated, independent, quiet, everything is there, in its place, qualitative, full of little touches that really please! Even if you only stay one night! Go there with your eyes closed, it's really great, small private garden to enjoy the outdoors. Great communication with Nadège, ultra responsive and friendly! Martine and Pierre's place is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island allowing walks with children. Easy access to relay parking to get to Nantes by public transport! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have kind attention to guests!

Thank you Brigitte for your welcome. With the children, we really enjoyed your fisherman's cottage, by the water. The location is quiet and brings a lot of serenity, we slept very well. finally being able to go hiking from the house is great. Very nice place. I recommend it, we will come back.

Excellent stay at Gilles and Hélène's as part of Hellfest. Good location vs the festival site easily accessible by car. Practical accommodation with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Very friendly and responsive host; I recommend it!

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 1st floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The listing was as described and well equipped, including the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. I recommend it! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around from the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not great especially in the living room.

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

We had a lovely stay at this place as described. The apartment was clean, nice and well located. Communication with the host was excellent, always responsive and attentive. It was a little hot inside during our stay, the air circulation being quite limited, but it did not spoil our experience. We leave with very good memories and recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!
