Passing to thank you for the opportunity to get to know the house. The structure is great, the pool area is super nice and the atmosphere in general is very welcoming. It was a positive experience and I certainly want to go back again.

I went with my family and we all loved the place. The house is perfect, all new, all the house utensils available. Only praise for the site and for Mrs. Renata and Dona Denise that were a few loves and super attentive. We will definitely go back!

Awesome hosting! A place that brought us peace. Very quiet and organized, we felt at home. All clean, all the utensils of the house very useful, and the condominium is beautiful, not to mention the lake in the front that enchants. Very attentive host. Our stay was WONDERFUL. We went with family, 11 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The place is a DREAM, the wonderful view, extremely clean house, organized, comfortable furniture, kitchen equipped with everything, the wonderful Jacuzzi, impeccable decoration (all thought to the smallest details). The condominium is perfect for morning walks, heated pools, playgrounds, treehouses,… it makes you want to live there. The host is very polite, affordable, excellent service. And it has a huge differential, FABIANA❤️, she is the secretary of the house, a wonderful, helpful, super polite person, makes an extremely tasty food, you can even set up a menu, take the ingredients and she prepares everything! Ah, the super fast internet tbm, so you can work home office quietly. It was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it.

Perfect! I was looking for a quiet place, outside the city. The villa is big and simple, with a large garden and a nice pool. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature. Eduardo (co host) was always available and answered any question. I had a perfect vacation and in only 45 minutes by car (sometimes even less according to traffic), you can reach Recife center or the beach, you can reach Olinda, and also only a couple hours drive from Joao Pessoa where I spent 2 days. In only 5 or 10 minutes you can reach a nice area with a mall with many restaurants and some supermarkets and groceries sotres with high quality food and products. I was alone, but the house can accomodate many people. Eduardo knew that I like to fish and he let me borrow his fishing rod (there are fishing lakes in the condominium). Extremely clean house, everything very organized. Very good leisure area, always clean swimming pool. The house is inside a condo that left us very quiet about security. Despite being inside the condominium, we had complete privacy. Perfect for resting with family and children.

My 4 day stay at Aconchego Souza Maia was simply perfect! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and carefully thought out for comfort. The swimming pool is a real spectacle, offering a breathtaking view that makes you feel in full harmony with nature. It is a quiet, quiet place, where it is possible to relax and disconnect from the routine. The host, Manuelle, was amazing: always cordial, receptive and attentive, responding promptly to messages and ensuring that everything was impeccable. An ideal getaway for those seeking comfort and beauty in one place. Can't wait to go back!
