Very quiet stay, extremely clean apartment, quality mattresses, and equipped kitchen, the concierge was also a differential, super attentive to us, very polite and helpful, the host was also very present and helped us with everything we needed, we will return next year, we love it!

Marta's flat is SENSATIONAL, it is beyond the descriptions, and exceeds expectations. I dare say it's the best accommodation in Winterville, we felt at home. Marta is a host like few others, we'll be back soon.

I had an excellent experience over the weekend! From arrival to departure, everything was very well organized and welcoming. The environment was clean, cozy and exactly as in the photos. Attention to detail made all the difference - from the super fragrant house to the pampering left with affection. The location is great, perfect for resting and at the same time close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was quick, clear and very cordial. I felt truly welcome and at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept and cost-effective place. A memorable weekend!

The LocarHouse team is very efficient! Mr. João (who received us) was very responsive and clear in the past information. The house is very good, better in person than in the pictures (which are already good), it is the closest house to the sea and the rooms have views of it. A single detail (for me and my guests) that was greatly missed: The blackout curtains! The rooms are very bright and it turns out to be a little inconvenient to be obliged to always wake up at sunrise, we ended up sleeping late and having to wake up very early due to the clarity. Even so 5 stars all over the context.

Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.

We love the days we spent at Karina's house! a super welcoming and perfect place to rest. All organized and clean! house with wonderful space! We will return more often for sure:)

Beautiful and calm place, well reserved, for those looking for tranquility is great. The extremely organized and clean flat, very cozy, beautiful and very quiet. The reception has no defects, we received the information of everything, signs of tour, restaurants, where to order food and even from drivers, where the last one for us in particular was great since we were not by car. Everything I needed in the room was arranged, it was very worth it and for sure I will go again.

We were delighted with the structure: everything very well equipped, with all the necessary household items and more. A differential that deserves to be highlighted is the care in offering water that is already available, something that may seem simple, but shows above-average attention and hospitality. Without a doubt, it was the most complete flat we have ever stayed in the Barra region. And best of all: we truly feel at home. You can be sure that my fiancée and I will be back soon. The stay was very good. Very spacious 2 bedroom house. There are markets with Bakery and pharmacy across the street allowing us to eat warm bread every day. In the condominium there is room for children to play, a wonderful space for barbecue. A foot of carlotinha mango, chupei mango every day as the homemakers picked up early and left it to us every day. And the very warm water pool that I came to think was heated. We stayed every day late at night in the pool. Pablo and the Washington and his brother are very attentive and helpful. The condominium on the main runway making it very easy to move to nearby beaches, close to Praia do forte , Coroa do plane, Pilar, Pontal of the island, and the one that I love Praia de Capitão de Mangue Seco. This time we did not pick up a car, it was much more important to travel by Uber. Safe place, quiet to sleep and enjoy with the family.

The place is awesome, with a heavenly view of the sea. The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. There's a bakery next door, skewers, the place is really awesome, highly recommended.
