Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Carova Beach, Currituck County

Our family had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. NorthStar was beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, very well-stocked and is run by a top-notch management company. Grace was proactive and extremely responsive. We will return next summer when the water is warmer. Thanks Grace and all at Oak Realty for a wonderful weekend of memories and allowing us such a nice home to call ours for Memorial Day Weekend 2025!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay after long days on bikes. We were in town for the NC Coastal ride. After riding for 30+ miles each day we came back to a tranquil location. The home is immaculate. Every item one would ever need was provided. It was perfect to have a full size fridge for our supplies. Beth even left firewood in case we wanted to enjoy the fire pit. We were able to stretch and get in a yoga session on the dock. Yoga mats were provided. The home feels like a ship in that it is surrounded by water. The waves and fresh air made for incredible sleep each night. An osprey nest is outside the window. With the binoculars we were able to watch the progress of the nest and the amazing pair catch fish. The communication throughout the stay was spot on. The “billion dollar” view is remarkable, but the amenities and care from the homeowner make this is top notch vacation spot.

Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

this house was extremely convenient for going to the beach, especially considering it came with a cart to haul all your chairs and beach things… such a short walk to the ocean! we loved our stay, nothing we’d change!

Park in the sand was truly a spectacular place to stay, from the wild horse to just parking in the sand. I would 100% recommend staying. Just make sure you have four wheel drive for the three mile drive down the beach that is a one of a kind experience. Melina was an amazing host and we will certainly be staying again.

We had a great three night stay, my three adult children and I. The beach was surprisingly almost ours to ourselves. For an older traditional OBX house, it was well updated and very well appointed. The central floor plan is very open. I love it when you can be in the kitchen cooking while talking to everybody in the living area and those around the dinner table at the same time. Awesome view of the ocean off the back deck. We sat in the hot tub and still see the ocean. Im sometimes leary of hot tubs at the beach, a lot of times they are not well maintained. Danielle's was spotless and the water chemistry was perfect and safe. There was absolutely nothing we needed or any place where we needed to go that was not within a 5-minute drive. All of my family are fisherman. if you like to fish, there's not a better place to stay. getting from the house to the beach to surf fish takes less than a minute. we walked up to the OBX Pier several times to fish, probably less than a 5 minute walk.

We had such a great time during this stay! Great amenities, easy to find, and great location. Was very easy to get to the beach and very private. The house was clean and very comfy!

This house was so clean and spacious! We had five adults and a dog and were so comfortable there. The house is a short drive to the beach which was very convenient. Sasha is so thoughtful about how she’s decorated the house and the supplies she provides. We had everything we needed down to a recipe book holder and a USB agnostic charging pad. Sasha thought of everything that I usually leave in private comments for AIRBNB owners. The linens were very clean and the towels were fluffy! As a heads up, the three bedrooms are upstairs with one being a primary suite. Downstairs is the area with the dark blue couches. The layout worked great for us!

We loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the bay. Also loved the beach parking pass to give us the option to drive to the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles and all of them were fantastic! Very comfortable house, felt right at home there. Perfect house for a family to use. Also very helpful that Target, Publix and tons of restaurants were very close.

We had an amazing time in this peaceful home. The space with two living areas was great! Clean pool and hot tub! We will be back!

We loved our stay and are already looking to come back this season to enjoy another stay. The only draw back is that we didn't book more nights! This place Our host put together truly helps you relax. Everything you need is either provided for you to use or walking distance ce for the most part. A real no fuss laid back atmosphere that has upscale amenities and a beautiful community located in one of the most gorgeous parts of obx. You won't be dissapointed in your host at this air b&b. You will have more than what you thought you needed plus attentive support from your hosting any questions arise!

Our stay at changing tides in the Outer Banks was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the short 30 second walk to the pristine beach. The house itself is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, with a fabulous kitchen, hot tub, and very well appointed living spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the thoughtful touches made our vacation effortless and relaxing. The location in Duck was ideal—close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions like iconic duck donuts haha, nearby cute places to eat , yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

Absolutely loved this beach house — it was everything we hoped for and more. Spotless and well-kept, with plenty of space, including extra rooms that came in handy. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, making it perfect for spontaneous trips to the shore. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear, which made the stay super convenient. The hot tub and pool were a major highlight — clean, relaxing, and just what we needed after a day out. And the best surprise? Just a two-minute drive down the street, we got to see wild horses for free. Make sure you guys have an all wheel drive car to see the horses! It felt like a hidden gem. This place is 100% worth it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning 6-bedroom beach house in Corolla! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, beautiful furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It’s clear the owner truly cares about creating a premium experience for guest - every amenity you could want is here. The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with breathtaking views from the top deck that made for the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The house has so much space for everyone to relax and have fun, whether it was hanging out in the game room, taking a dip in the private pool or jacuzzi or just lounging on one of the many private decks. The layout was ideal for our group and we especially appreciated how well-stocked and well-maintained everything was. This isn’t your average rentL as it feels more like staying in a luxurious, professionally designed vacation home. I would highly recommend this Outer Banks home.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the CrabaCabana. It’s about a seven minute walk to the beach and everything was as listed. Kim also provided great suggestions for things to do in the area. She’s an excellent host and took care of anything that needed her attention promptly with perfect communication. We definitely would recommend it to anyone wishing for a home away from home! ♥️

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, which made it so easy for our group to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The views were simply stunning and created such a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. There was plenty of space for our large group to spread out comfortably, and everything was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the home is cared for with a lot of attention to detail. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

The house was perfect for our trip. Place was clean place was clean and right on the beach… I agree with others that the kitchen could use a HomeGoods trip( we ended up having to buy a $15 can opener!). But the basics was available, per listing. Areca was a great host and very helpful. Look forward to returning soon!

Second year staying here!! Absolutely perfect for our family! Loved the updated inclosed stairway going down into the backyard/pool area, made taking our dogs out much more convenient. Love this house and its surroundings! From the walk to the beach or short drive to restaurants and activities this place has become one of our favorites! The hosts are great and very responsive, the house is fresh and inviting, the backyard/pool area is private and peaceful and the location is great! Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sandcastle!! Such a beautiful space, such a great and responsive host! We’re looking forward to next year and hoping the sandcastle will be available!!!

Jean-Paul's place was exactly as described but even better. Very clean and had everything for us to feel like we were at home. We will 100% go back to Salty Kisses when we go back to Corolla!

This place was the most charming airbnb I have ever stayed in. Badria and Jay made every detail of our stay perfect with all of their extra touches, including saltwater taffy and a box of croissants, slippers and a lavender mask, and a fully stocked coffee station with syrups. We instantly felt at home and in vacation mode at their place and literally laid out on the dock the entire time. A perfect spot for kayaking, laying out in the sun, and I even brought out my mat and did some yoga on the dock. The views were unreal. The couch was so comfortable I accidentally fell asleep there the whole night and woke up to the gorgeous window views. Amazing hosts and location!

We absolutely loved the place and its location. It is located in a very peaceful area with stunning views. The pictures are accurate, but the place looks even more beautiful in person. Our dogs enjoyed it as well. The house is so comfortable that we often found ourselves not wanting to leave. Everything was clean and well-organized. The recommendations for local restaurants and beaches were fantastic. We would definitely return if given the chance. Thank you, Brook!

My family and I had a great time while staying in the cottage. The house was very clean and cozy. The views from the house were beautiful and it was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.
