Hi Richard, Your house was wonderful – we felt very comfortable! As a family, we only missed the washing machine and a clothes rack a little 😄 But that was not a big problem. We will definitely be happy to come back to you – it was a really nice stay. The location is quiet and perfect for our children and our little dog Alexa. We really enjoyed the large, charming property and the beautiful terrace. Everything is easily accessible - whether Riga or Jūrmala. We felt like at home! Thank you and best regards! Ilona&Alexander

We are extremely happy with everything ❤️ Place is definitely soo much better than pictures could show!! Place is amazing! Hosts are very helpful, nice and quick to communicate!! To be fare everything was so good that we didn't need any extra response!! But when needed, it was there! Little touches, such as fresh flowers on fireplace, where very thought full. We do believe that location also is very good! Turaida and Sigulda at door step! Lots to see and explore there!!! Riga is not far at all ether!! We highly recommend to stay at this beautiful home, you are in country side but close enough to explore xxx Thank you very much to our hosts for our comfortable and very enjoyable stay!!! We loved our stay at Forest View! It was after quite a busy trip, and it was so relaxing to get to enjoy the peaceful nature. The beds were wonderful, the house was clean, and it was very clear that she and her husband both put personal attention and care into taking care of that property. They even mowed the grass in our area specifically for us that day! We felt very well taken-care of, and I would definitely stay again.

The house is perfectly situated in a pine forest, ideal for enjoying nature as both peaceful and relaxing. Close to the beach and the train station which are within walking distance. Friendly helpful hosts, I would not hestitate to recommend staying here.

Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the terace. Very harmonious place.

Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

Very nice guest cottage in a beautiful garden. Everything was just as pictured and described. Very clean, private parking and an extremely quiet neighborhood. Great location just a quick 10-minute walk to the station and restaurants around it and a 20-minute walk to the Sigulda New Castle. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

We stayed here twice—once on our way to Tallinn and again on the way back—and we’re so glad we did! There were three of us plus our 8-month-old baby, and the place was just perfect for us. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and making sure we felt at home. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in—it made traveling with a baby so much easier! The apartment itself is super cozy, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location too, with a beach just a short walk away. One of the highlights for us was definitely the sauna—it was such a treat to relax there in the evenings. All in all, a lovely place with a great host. We’d happily stay again!

Our stay in the upper room of the cabin with a large terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea through the trees was completely successful! The location is wonderful, sunsets fantastic, the small one-bedroom apartment lacks nothing( all according to description) Iluta provided us with tips from start to finish, answered all questions and fulfilled wishes if possible ! It is all lovingly and cozily designed. You sleep wonderfully and the town is totally beautiful to relax . But you can also take a trip to Riga by train. The access to the beach and Baltic Sea is direct - very shallow and rocky , partly algae but deserted. We highly recommend staying here for a short break and thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment was well-maintained, clean, everything looked like in the photos. In addition, there were a lot of useful details like a hair dryer, liquid soap, vacuum cleaner, towels, kettle, etc. The place itself was really quiet, the windows were tight, close to the bus and tram stop. I highly recommend the host, helpful, communicative, and quick to respond to messages 😊

Beautiful home, amazing views from the balcony. Kristine was a brilliant host, as a solo trip she sent me locations to visit and activities going on over my stay - see tailored it to my description and was over the moon with what she suggest! Made me feel at home and I would like to say a big thank you.

Ivetas place was perfect. It felt super luxurious but was very affordable! It was a great location - walking distance from most places or at least a quick 'bolt' scooter! The flat was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen was so well equipped. The communication was great, clear check in details and recommendations of things to do. We didn't stay long enough - will have to come back!

The place was easy to find instructions, very accurate. Check in was easy as well . The place was very clean, shower great . Close to many restaurants and cafes and walkable to many places of interest so the location was great . Would book again 11/10

Good place. Everything is in place and works as stated. Some of electrical devices produces hum, but it’s negligible.

The place exceeding our expectations - we felt right at home in the studio and everything was clean and fresh! This place is such a bargain, so if it is available for your dates, just go ahead and book it! It is not the most central but the tram is right outside the apartment and a short 10 min ride to old Riga. We highly recommend the flat to anyone looking to spend a weekend in the city

Great location close to the old city, central station, food and shopping. Renovated apartment in a beautiful old building. It had every thing we needed. It was very clean and the continuation with the host is excellent. Would definitely come back.

First of all Riga is a wonderfull city, a lot of things to see and apartment is very close to old town and nearby a great city park. House was very clean and spacious. We haf everything we need. Definitely among top ten of the airbnbs that i stayed so far in europe. Jack is also super kind and responsive as well. i definitely recommend this place

Martin's apartment is as pictured and described. Everything necessary was available and clean. The apartment is well located to reach the old town and also the train station on foot. Martin was always easy to reach and responded quickly, kindly and helpful. We would keep returning and can only recommend Martin as a host and his apartment.

It was a nice stay in Riga and Toni was very friendly and responded quickly. I was even allowed to stay in the apartment longer on the day of departure. Which was very accommodating to me. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city. The place is quiet and clean. I'd come back.
