My stay was very good! The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and offered a wide variety of activities to enjoy. The best of the Apt: Yazmin's excellent service, the comfort of the apartment itself, the hammock on the balcony is very relaxing, the temperature of the apt 10/10, the water heater, the video game console, the entertainment because there was a zumba class, the pool slide is very cool. Opportunities for improvement: the cleaning can be improved (the previous guest brought a cat that left hair on the double bed and especially on the sofa) that had a solution precisely because of the good disposition of Mrs. Yazmín to send us cleaning people. I would have liked to know before booking that there was a pool under warranty by the construction company, but that was manageable because there are other pools and because the complex was not too crowded. We would return, it is not easy to find people with a service attitude and a desire to resolve. Seriously, the apartment is very comfortable!

We spent two nights at Julieth’s Penthouse. The view was spectacular, the apartment was pristine, well decorated and free of clutter. Julieth was always responsive and easy to reach. We also enjoyed the pool and the proximity to several grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thank you!

We did very well in Ivan Darío's apartment, it has all the amenities, a beautiful view, you can see a very beautiful sunrise. The kitchen has everything you need, you sleep well, it's very quiet, the pool is large, with enough staff and all the logistics of the complex are very organized, we also liked the sauna and Turkish bath, as well as the use by reservation, which makes it private. The fun slide (it only works on weekends) has shops near the complex where you can find everything you need.
