Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carmel Valley

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Myra's place was very clean and really cozy. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, but still just a short drive to lots of beaches and things to do in all directions. There is no shortage of great restaurants and food in the area, and there's plenty to see and do. Myra was quick to respond to my questions, and David met us at the apartment on arrival to make sure we got in and had everything we needed. Getting in was super easy, and we had a great stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family if you are looking to stay in a very cute beach town! You are smack dab in the middle of it all at capitola here. They have surf boards and a boogie board for you to use, we used the surf boards (I rented my wetsuit from ONeill for $10! Don't do the one that's accross the street for 36 if you're strapped for money and have a car just go to oniell!) The apartment was perfect and it comes with a cute backstory about the mom that bought the place many moons ago. The apartment also came with bikes but we love walking so much so we never used them! The beds we SO comfy too!

Great stay at Fidel’s place for our trip to Monterey and Big Sur. The unit was as described and matched the pictures on the posting . Check in was easy and the dedicated parking spot was a huge plus. Very clean. The unit was a very close drive to Montereys main attractions. Had no issues or complaints, wonderful stay. Would stay here again

This place was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures. It had all the conveniences of home that were needed for a small family and is very efficiently laid out. The living area with the huge windows made the space feel open and gave you views of Monterey Bay. It is very conveniently located in Pacific Grove--walkable to Lover's Point Beach and short drive or long walk to Cannery Row or the "downtown." Although the single parking space is tight, it was very convenient to have dedicated parking close by. Check in was very easy, instructions were clearly provided. They had a washer and dryer in the building, which was also convenient for a week long stay. Mermaid Cove is definitely a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay, Jeff was so helpful arranging a last-minute trip and was a fantastic host. The studio was very quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed spending time on the patio in the back. It was a great place to spend some time in the Carmel area.

Jane and her husband were lovely hosts and their home was beautiful! We had an amazing stay and would love to return!

This Airbnb was perfect for our family trip to Monterey! It was clean, well-maintained, with a lovely backyard. We highly recommend staying here!

I cannot say enough about this Airbnb! I desperately needed a comfortable space because I had my two year-old granddaughter and my elder father visiting me so I needed a single level. This home was the calm away from the storm for a family reunion. It was truly a place to rest. It was immaculate! I loved the little bistro!The host was over-the-top amazing as well! The only thing I regret is not staying another week.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hummingbird (and saw hummingbirds at the feeders in the back yard). There were 6 of us (including our 2 teenagers and my parents) and it was comfortable and peaceful. The garden in the back is a work of art! We loved looking at how beautiful everything was placed and masterfully pruned. Very lovely and reminded me of being in Japan. My 14-year old son said it was his favorite place because of the granola bars, Ramen, and hot chocolate Shiho graciously stocks for guests. And the kitchen had all the little things you wish you had when you’re away from home, like sandwich baggies and a plastic spoon for your lunch. We made all our meals and ate at home every night. She had everything we needed to make meals. Shiho is a lovely hostess and has thought through little things to make your stay pleasant. The sheets were so soft. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and everything was spotless. We felt at home and would love to stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the cozy decor and convenient location. Amanda was a fantastic host, and we’d definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! In fact, my husband loved it so much that he joked that we should consider getting a place in Carmel Valley one day, just like this one! The house itself is beautifully laid out, well appointed, and impeccably designed. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning. We brought our little one with us, and there were so many toys and books and a dedicated kids room to keep her entertained! Location was great as well - downtown was only a few minutes drive away, with access to cute wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Overall, we loved this place and would absolutely recommend!

We had a great stay at Santosh’s place! He was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful—especially when we encountered a small issue with the heater on our last night. He quickly called and had his property manager bring over space heaters, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and will definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful condo nestled in the Pajaro Dunes Resort. We traveled with two elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. A great family getaway. We brought our own groceries and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen for eating in every meal. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the inside as well. We appreciated having the beach chairs & tennis items. The resort recreation area was a lot of fun and we spent several hours there. Comfortable beds and upgraded furnishings. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return again someday.

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and thoughtfulness—fresh local flowers, many beautiful books related to the neighborhood in reading material. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

It’s gets better every time I stay here! Really enjoyed the patio with the new fire pit. Memories are always made and seeing the smiles from my kids being in a happy place makes it all worth it. Thank you again for lending us your home for the weekend and we’ll be back as usual.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Mary's Condo was extremely clean, great communication, quiet, comfortable bed, convenient location to walk to shops, restaurant, wine bars. Short drive to Monterey, 17-Mile drive and Pebble Beach. Bonus was off-street parking. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
