Tiny house holiday rentals in Carmarthenshire

Absolutely loved our stay in this quirky little place. It was nestled in beautiful surroundings in a quiet peaceful location. What can be better than waking up from an extremely comfy bed to the sound of the river and the birds singing ! Everything you could ever need was right there in the cabin .. nothing was missing ! We spent our days visiting Aberporth, Camarthen and Cardigan with there vast array of shops and beaches. Then our nights were spent snuggled up in front of the cosy log burner listening to smooth FM on the little radio. We were here for New Year's Eve and couldn't think of a better place to be ! Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed !

We had an amazing stay in Carmarthenshire. Judy and Stephen were very helpful and friendly and they were very responsive with all our needs . The caravan is located on a small farm overlooking the fields where the sheeps were. We saw some great sunsets while we were there. The farm is great for kids too as there are sheeps and chickens which kept the kids entertained. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Carmarthenshire!

Martin and Jane are the perfect hosts. As a single woman on my own I felt apprehensive about staying somewhere so remote. Martin and Jane were reassuring and kept me topped up with logs for the wood burner and free fresh eggs! I felt safe and really enjoyed being off grid despite watching too many cabin in the woods movies 🤦😅. The cabin is oldy worldly and basic but comfortable. No running water but there is a tap nearby. Showers are hot and clean nearby too. My dog was able to roam free as the land is gated and secure. Martin and Jane really are kind lovely people and I am so glad I took the leap of faith and spent a lovely relaxing peaceful time at their cabin. thank you both I will definitely be back with my Hugo puppy 🤗

What a beautiful little cabin!! So homely, cosy and such reasonable price! We booked last minute to unfortunate situation at another airbnb which was filthy - so Annette to the rescue, and boy are we glad!! Our eyes lit up when we seen how lovely this SELF BUILT cabin is 🥰 the most comfortable bed. Has EVERYTHING you need and MORE! Lovely hot shower! 💦 CLEAN AND TIDY 🤩✨ Post notes were a nice touch! Great views from the balcony up top! 🌊 100% recommend 💯

Gorgeous cosy little cabin slotted in a peaceful beautiful part of Wales.

We were very delayed from our initial arrival time but Hannah was very understanding and accommodating of this. A beautiful space with beautiful surroundings with lovely places to visit in a 20 mile radius. Tez also came and welcomed us and was very efficient with sorting out the WIFI issues. The caravan was lovely and clean with all necessary kitchen equipment, towels, soap etc. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you for having us Hannah and Tez 😊

We had a wonderful week in Diana and Roger’s caravan on park dean, beautiful views of the estuary, short walk to the campsite pool and entertainment. We day tripped to Pembry county park and Kidwelly castle but otherwise went in the pool everyday and enjoyed the restaurant, bar and evening entertainment. The kids loved it. Caravan was really great, comfortable, well equipped, the right size for four of us. Diana and Roger could not have been more accommodating- they pre booked pool sessions for us, met us on check in and answered every question within an hour - fantastic hosts- thank you and we will come again.

What a beautiful little retreat! A great location, very peaceful🧘🏼‍♀️Stunning surroundings of wildlife and nature.The barrels give a very nice touch, my partner and I now want some for home!! 😁 Everything was spotless when we arrived, helpful little postit notes, were very cute. Had everything we needed in there. Lovely decor - amazing attention to detail! Very friendly host, Jillian was very helpful. Lovely natured dogs. 🐾 would definitely stay again. ☺️🪵🍃🌊✨

Virginia and phil were absolutely brilliant during our stay! Virginia showed us around the farm, explained everything about our accommodation, told us where to eat in town, left us a "manual" for the hut which was super useful and it was incredibly clean in a very peaceful and quiet part of Wales. Virginia checked in with us on our way via the airbnb app and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a self contained holiday home in a remote part of the world. Thank you Virginia and phil for sharing part of your home with us!

Beautiful setting. You feel like you are in the heart of the farm and get to enjoy seeing all the farm animals amongst the beautiful surroundings. If you want a peaceful/idilic setting, then this place is for you.

We needed two days get away from work and a peaceful place to relax. It was perfect place for us. Helen was really good and friendly.

Our stay at this shepherd’s hut was absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean and filled with thoughtful touches like teas, coffees, and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, it had everything we needed — blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well in the peaceful, private setting. The highlight was the incredible wood-fired hot tub — we spent hours soaking while watching breathtaking sunsets and stargazing in total tranquility. The outdoor space was equally well-equipped, with a BBQ, plenty of firewood, kindling, and unbeatable views. The location was a true slice of paradise — secluded, serene, and only a short drive from Cardigan and Tenby, though we always looked forward to returning to the hut. Our host, Anthony, was wonderfully responsive, helpful, and kind before, during, and after our stay. This was one of our favourite getaways ever — we’ll definitely be back!

Such an amazing place! The hut was so much more spacious than we expected. Cosy, incredibly peaceful and had everything we needed. The facilities were perfect and we made full use of the log burner. The horsebox kitchen was beautiful, very well equipped and we loved that it was separate from the main hut, avoiding all the clutter which you normally get in most Airbnb’s. Math and Steph were amazing hosts. We had a great long weekend in this unique self-built hut and would love to come back. Thank you so much.

we was looking for mini getaway for our anniversary and found this quirky shepherd's hut . great location , noit far from a beach and peaceful surroundings. The hut was lovely , had everything you needed and loved the sun loungers in the little private outside area, pity couldn't use them as not great weather x the hut was lovely and clean and was perect for our stay x we also loved the folder with all important information including maps of the area, places to eat, taxis walks etc x liz was a perfect host . highly recommend and will visit again 👍 👌

We had a truly wonderful stay at the shepherd’s hut – a perfect little escape in a stunning location. The views were beautiful and peaceful, and the hut itself was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. We had a wonderful week at Ty Log House. The lodge was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. It was so clean and tidy. Wonderful location and very private which we loved. David was there to welcome us on arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Very helpful and insightful and shared his knowledge of all the must visit places. We look forward to returning asap. I recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. If you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with the natural world, this is the place to be. The area is peaceful, yet alive with the beautiful sounds of nature — especially the birds in the morning, which made our early walks feel magical. It’s hard to describe the sense of calm and clarity you get here; words almost don’t do it justice. Host Deboran is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. There’s so much more I could say about this special place, but honestly, you have to experience it for yourself. We will definitely be returning!

The shepherds hut is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly well appointed and has everything, plus some lovely personal touches, to facilitate a glorious stay. The gardens are magnificent and the local area is stunning, the beach is sublime. We met Maggie on site who was lovely. It's such a cosy spot, the hot tub is amazing and the accommodation wants for nothing. Loved our stay

Our stay at Mountain View was fantastic. The accommodation was spotless and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful weekend including a lovely bottle of complimentary fizz and food for breakfast! we loved sitting in the hot tub and taking in the beautiful countryside views. Really enjoyed spotting the red kites and listening to the owls at night. we will be back!
