Welcome to Sherwood Hollow! This completely refurbished retreat is a large 1200 square foot downstairs suite in our 1960's home. This spacious area has a large living room, eat-in kitchen, and spacious bedroom. The unit is private and completely closed off from the upstairs. Our home is located just a short walk from Old Town Sherwood and beautiful Stella Olsen park. This unit is near the bottom of a hill, a bit of a climb coming up from Old Town, and the driveway is on an incline.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Wine country retreat with amazing views

This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

Wine Country Guest Suite w/Kitchenette and Bath

Guest Suite on lower level, Mid Century Modern home 4 blocks from historic downtown McMinnville in the heart of Wine Country. The McMinnville City Park, Aquatic Center and Library are just 2 blocks away. Owners live on the upper floor. Front entrance and front patio are exclusively for guests. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker(no stove-top). Iron is available upon request.
