Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Carloforte

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits chez Deborah, qui nous avait indiqué l'entrée avec des photos et point gps ; emplacement idéal, parking dans la propriété. Le logement est très agréable, très propre, au calme, avec sa grande terasse, la piscine ; et tout le nécessaire est mis à notre disposition ; l'hébegement est conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet espace, nous recommandons !

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

Wir haben im Juni 2025 eine Woche bei Vittorio und Daniela in St. Antioco verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Neben der persönlichen sehr freundlichen Begrüßung durch die beiden und einer umfassenden Vorstellung des Hauses, standen bereits Wein, ein phantastisches „Tomatenbrot“ und ein persönliches „Welcome“ für uns bereit. Von Anfang an hatten wir Unterstützung und Tipps für die Umgebung, Ausflüge, Restaurants,… Das Haus ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gleichzeitig haben die beiden an alle praktischen Dinge gedacht, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Selbst eine Kühltasche für das Picknick unterwegs ist vorhanden 🙂 Wir haben Daniela und Vittorio als sehr herzliche Menschen kennengelernt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! Grazie!

Elisa hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das tolle Haus am Rande der Stadt gezeigt. Das Haus ist schön restauriert und hat einen riesigen Garten mit Trauben, Äpfel, Granatäpfel, Feigen, Zitronen und italienischen Kräutern. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Küche mit Grundausstattung und viele schöne Kleinigkeiten für den Haushalt. Wir hatten viel Platz und Ruhe da die nächsten Nachbarn 200m entfernt Wochenende. Es isthervorragend für eine Familie. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund. Außerdem hat Elisa uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung und auch ein tolles Restaurant empfohlen. Es gibt viele Supermärkte im Umkreis und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Man kommt über einen Feldweg zum Haus, der relativ schmal ist. Das Tor wird über eine Fernbedienung geöffnet. Wir wollten überhaupt nicht mehr weg und würden immer wieder kommen. Liebe Elisa vielen Dank für die Herzlichkeit und tollen Aufenthalt in SantAntioco.

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

The place was well worth the money. In a quiet area with amazing views to the sea. Five minutes walk to the nearest beach. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Antonella was very responsive and friendly. We will be happy to return.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, super Wohnung für ein Paar, grandiose große Terrasse, tolle Gegend. Leider waren Mitte April außerhalb der Saison noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet und wir konnten den Pool nicht nutzen. Das wussten wir natürlich vorher, trotzdem war es schade, weil er bei dem teilweise sonnigen Wetter doch sehr einladend aussah. Sonst würden wir auch 5 Sterne für Preis/Leistung geben. Ganz toll waren die Tipps und die schnellen hilfreichen Antworten von Matteo und Katia. Super war auch, dass die beiden Klimaanlagen das Schlafzimmer und den Wohn-Essbereich ganz schnell mit Wärme erfüllt haben.

Nice stay with spectacular views and nice pool. Also can do some little hikes to the hills next by. Nice beaches in close driving distance.

Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Thank you Eugenia, we would definitely stay again!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

L’appartement de Renata et Roberto est très beau, proche de la mer et très bien équipé. L‘endroit est très calme et le jardin ainsi que les extérieurs sont très agréables. Renata et Roberto sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Schöne kleine Dachwohnung mit Terrasse. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich beeindruckend und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Nicoletta ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert auf Rückfragen sehr schnell.

La casa estaba súper limpia y las vistas eran increíbles daba gusto comer en la terraza, se ven desde el balcón la Isla de San Pietro y Sant Antonio . La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda y bonita. Fuimos con nuestra hija de 2 años y estuvimos muy agusto, nos pusieron también una cuna y una trona para ella. También disfrutamos mucho de la barbacoa. Es un pueblo tranquilo ideal para descansar. Tiene un mercado pequeño pero muy agradable. Es un buen punto para poder explorar el suroeste de la isla en coche. El puerto del ferry para ir a la isla de San Pietro está muy cerca de la casa. Estamos muy contentos y repetiríamos!

Enrico e sua madre son due patroni di casa molto cordiali e ospitali. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito, e indipendentemente, in un'area molto tranquilla. Se avessi bisogno di ritornare sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo di soggiornare da loro. Suggerisco molto questo Airbnb. Di solito non faccio mai recensioni ma con loro mi son sentito davvero a casa.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angelo und Giovanna!! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, mit einer tollen großen Terrasse. Von dort hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell am Strand und die Gegend in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch schön. Der Kontakt zu Angelo und Giovanna war super. Sie haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet und waren super zuvorkommend. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Küchengegenstände (es gibt keinen Herd, nur eine einzige Kochplatte, Schüsseln) Aber für die paar Tage war es in Ordnung.

L'appartamento di Francesca è molto luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni attrezzatura. Ci siamo stati d'inverno e si è rivelato caldo e confortevole nonostante le basse temperature eterne. Si trova in posizione comoda, non distante a zone dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

A casa di Annalisa abbiamo passato giorni fantastici. Una casa in posizione splendida. Nella parte alta del paese, ad un passo dalla torre, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Sottotorre. In zona tranquillissima ma vicinissima alla piazza principale del paese ed a tutti i servizi. Casa ristrutturata, pulitissima, molto ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Silenziosissima anche grazie a veneziane ed infissi anti rumore. A disposizione anche attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Annalisa non lascia nulla al caso e gestisce con grande attenzione e cura. Ci ha accolte e ci fornito tutte le indicazione per le spiagge, le attività turistiche locali e del circondario, gli eventi, i servizi, i ristoranti e le attività commerciali. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Ci siamo sentire come a casa :-).
