We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. We had a great weekend at Virginia's place, the kids enjoyed nature, we were able to fish and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, Thanks, we'll be back with pleasure.

Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

Perfect stay in a beautiful rural part of France. All D-day and other historical events within easy driving distance with Bayeux 10 mins away for meals and shopping. Recommend you use a bike to explore the local areas.

Staying at Francois’ cottage was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos— it’s spacious, clean and functional and serene. The property is beautiful. Although you have another cottage set on the other side, it doesn’t detract from your sense of privacy. It feels like you’re a thousand miles apart. I wouldn’t advise this cottage, however, for anyone who is handicapped, very elderly, or who has toddlers because of the stairs. Other than that, you will be very pleased with your time there.

A peaceful haven 7 minutes' walk from the city center. The house is well-equipped and the private garden is very pleasant for meals.

Fabienne's apartment was absolutely perfect – clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Fabienne is an extremely warm and courteous host who was always available for questions or concerns. The location of the accommodation was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt completely comfortable. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this apartment!

Cottage with a beautiful environment, peacefully quiet, view of Mont Saint-Michel, it's the best, lots of walks or drives, ideal if you have a four-legged companion. A bucolic week in a real little gate house! Two greenways on the doorstep for easy walks - flowers, trees, birdsong - with a very convenient dog. Private garden and total independence with much appreciated comfort in the house, renovated with care and quality materials. Alice is available and very pleasant. Great week. Thank you 🤩

Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

The location is ideal, on a small high point, quiet, very rural 10 minutes' drive from Saint Vaast, Reville or Barfleur. Very warm welcome, great availability and very appreciable flexibility. A gem! Super nice and beautiful cottage, with all comforts and pleasant host. The area is beautiful, as is the garden itself. We had the luck of radiant weather, so our 3 kids (12, 10 and 7) and we ourselves enjoyed the pool and terrace to the fullest. The real sights are a little further away, but that makes up for the accommodation. We'll be back!

Paradise. In fact, this one word indicates how we spent our time with Vincent and Margot and how we felt. You can read all the other findings in the other reviews, such as the wonderful beds. We had good weather most days so we could spend a lot of time outside. There is a lot to see, places like Lisieux, Bayeux and Honfleur. The coast of the invasion was impressive all around D-Day this year. We enjoyed the castles and the beautiful gardens where everything colored and smelled. Lovely to stay for part of the day around the house, a paradise of trees (the fragrant lime!), plants and roses. And always the most beautiful bird concerts. We also enjoyed our daily jars of ping-pong. Dear Margot and Vincent, thank you for a week of happiness, health and amitié. We wish you many more years of family life in this unique spot of earth in Normandy.

We had a wonderful vacation in this little corner of the countryside. The cottage is beautiful, nicely decorated and with all the amenities one can dream of. The attention to detail, in particular, is impressive! Special mention for the stove and barbecue that allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds, between rainy May and beautiful days! Lynn is adorable and very attentive, as well as her partner. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance!

We had 2 wonderful days at Nick & Leslie’s place. Everything was exactly as described in the airbnb site. They were very very friendly and helped us to better enjoy the lovely area. The ”old cremery” , were we stayed, is small but very cozy. We will come back!

A pleasant and comfortable accommodation, a little dark but it is a mini fort and the terrace is very appreciable.

Easy to find, thanks to accurate information. Parking spaces available with lockable gate. House alarm secured (operation after first false alarm good ;-). Features as described and more. Kitchen great for cooking and eating (enough space). Sleep in good beds (large with good bed linen). Rooms are good. The only drawback, since it is an old building, the floor creaks, which is audible throughout the house. So if you go to the toilet at night, the others can hear it. Otherwise, total silence and tranquility. Living room with TV (also DVD) and table football is very cozy. Pure tranquility. If the weather is a bit colder, the existing heating is available. The location is particularly noteworthy, as we all 4 agree. We had the pleasure of being there during the D-Day Festival (May 31 to June 15). All known D-Day locations can be reached relatively quickly. There are many restaurants in the area. Castles and other attractions. We'd love to come back!

Very nice house full of charm very well located for discovering the Cotentin. The house is in a quiet and relaxing location and allows you to enjoy Barfleur and the sea on foot. A nice garden to have lunch, read, rest when you hear the sea.
