Apartment holiday rentals in Cardedu

The listing was as shown in the photos and description. The view is great! The path to come is as described, it is a dirt road that needs to be taken gently but easily done. This is a peaceful and relaxing place. You can hear the neighbors a few times, especially the flush that must be stuck to the room but it's only occasionally. I recommend it because it's a nice place and that allows you to unwind. Thanks to Gino and Maria for their welcome and who are always available.

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Absolutely amazing apartment! Super clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful, providing tons of great tips on what to do in the area. Communication was fast and friendly - specially impressive when we had a small issue that got resolved almost immediately. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommendable!

Beautiful place: Entire floor of a very large house ideally located on the edge of the beach. Very well equipped, very functional for a group of friends I highly recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Two beautiful weeks. Great apartment on a small hill overlooking the sea, always ventilated, great location to discover the beautiful beaches of Ogliastra: a few minutes away is the beautiful beach Su Sirboni, ideal for families with small children but also for snorkeling lovers. All accompanied by an exceptional welcome from Gianfranco and Ivana who are people of heart: every now and then they welcomed us with baskets of newly peeled india figs, always available for every need. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Pam and Tito were wonderful hosts and were helpful and responsive through the entire experience! They went above and beyond and provided us with beach towels for our boat ride and relayed directions to the local grocery store. Everything is within walking distance including stores and restaurants, however, you need a car to get around to the beaches and such. The space was very clean and fully furnished with AC. Highly recommend this listing!

It’s a really big and spacious apartment with a big terrace and all the amenities you could wish for. The views are amazing and the apartment is perfect for a young couple who want a little more privacy and quiet. The apartment also has a washing machine:) Stella was an amazing host and everything went smoothly. She even provided coffee, toaster, cleaning supplies, a map, sunscreen, shampoo, toothpaste… 10/10 experience

Marco and his wife were very kind, very hospitable and helpful! The house is just as presented in the photo: very clean, spacious and close to beautiful beaches that can be reached in 10 minutes by car! Highly recommended experience!

The space is modern, clean, lovingly furnished and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. The view from the terrace can't be put into words or pictures and is simply breathtaking. The street right outside the door is no problem at all, the two loungers invite you to sunbathe and linger. At the table you can enjoy the wine, breakfast and dinner with a view. We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni and his wife (in the middle of the night after the delay of our flight) and even supplied with water, a few small snacks and a beer because of the delay. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment was exorbitantly clean, which you rarely see. The grounds are especially great with a small child, because the child can play in the garden without running away. The beach, which is a few minutes' walk away, is also beautiful with a calm sea.

Our stay was really wonderful. The check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on activities in the area. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

We were very pleased. The place was clean and modern and the amenities were great. The entire site is very calm and quiet. The outdoor area with the hot tub was huge. Super friendly staff who respond to all requests. We felt very comfortable.

Walking Distance: - 10 min to the beach - 5 min to the next Supermarket - max 15 min to almost all restaurants No extra Whirlpool - Just fancy shower cabin Parking space at the Apartment limited but enough spaces nearby We enjoyed having breakfast and evening drinks at the balkony - also very nice view to the ocean.
