We loved this home- very convenient to Sintra and the beaches, wonderful cafe nearby, and charming comfortable home. Enjoyed the outdoor space for relaxing or dining. We would definitely stay again. Rosa was very kind and accommodating when our plans changed and we were able to book an additional night.

We had a great stay at Luciano's rental which was welcoming, bright and comfortable...we felt at home. At the slightest request, Luciano responded in less than 5 minutes. Fontanelas is well located and allows beautiful walks in the surrounding cities. Everything was spotless just the time that passed too fast, there are so many beautiful things to discover...fortunately, there are the photos taken. Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

We were 4 adults and 3 children! The house is just amazing! Super location about 20 min (car) to the center of Lisbon. The area is very quiet and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed at this villa for just one day, but it left a lasting impression. Everything was perfect – spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and full of charm. The pool was a true highlight: the water warmed up beautifully during the day, and in the evening, it became the perfect place to unwind and let go of all tension. A truly peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

I booked the villa for my sister’s hen do and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful and perfect for 10 of us. The location was great because we were close to the beach, and it was easy to order a taxi to the city centre! The host was lovely and checked in with if we needed anything whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend, we had the best time!

Very beautiful and large house with large rooms everything was very clean, we had a great stay Close to the sea and good restaurants nearby too A very large and beautiful terrace also and a swimming pool upstairs which was safe for our toddlers who could not approach it without going up. Street a little noisy because passing through it is the only small negative point but that didn't stop us from sleeping

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.

We all had an amazing time, the house is dreamy and even better than on the pictures. I would love coming back again . Thank you Cesar for being so available

Perfect accommodation for a group of 13 people. Rooms on 3 levels. At least one bathroom and toilet per level. 1 kitchen on the ground floor and on the 1 st floor. Possibility of meals for 4 per kitchen. We had a time that allowed us to eat outside on 2 large garden tables. Seating for 13 possible in the outdoor area which is small but very pleasant and rare in the city center. I recommend it and if the opportunity arises, we will be happy to return to this accommodation. Thanks to Maria for her help.

Carla is an amazing host who is very responsive, before and during our stay. Everything was smooth and easy. Carla was very kind in helping us when needed, very friendly and even giving recommendations. The villa is perfect. It was everything that you need. It is even better than the photos. It is a great, comfortable and private villa that is perfect for a family or group of friends. I’ll definitely recommend and I will be visiting again.

We had a great time here. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious and peaceful. One point to note is that the ensuite bathrooms do not have doors so some people may not be comfortable with that.

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

Very nice property and perfect location.

We spent 8 nights here. Loads of space available - indoors, in the shade or in the sun. Table tennis table was great fun. Pool to cool down when it was too hot. Good amenities in house. Nice and easy to visit Lisbon by bolt/bus and boat. Good shops and restaurants nearby, Very enjoyable.

Our visit to Bruno was great and the place was lovely. Nice neighborhood.

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the place is really well equipped with everything you could want and more. Telma and pedro were really helpful when booking and while we were there, super quick responses and helped us finding some suitable restaurants locally as we had some vegans/vegetarians with us. They were also able sort a late checkout for us, which was really appreciated as I know it’s not always possible. It’s worth noting there is air conditioning in all the rooms which isn’t stated on the listing, so that’s a bonus. There’s also some privacy glass for the pool which isn’t in the photos. The place is really safe and secure and couldn’t recommend it more for a family holiday.

Had a nice week! Arrived early and was therefore allowed to check in a little earlier, this was very nice. Everything as described in the listing, so no surprises on arrival! There was a quick response to questions, always friendly in communication. The road that runs in front of the cottage and the bus that stops in front of the door is audible, but was also in the listing. Perfect place for the week I was here, thank you!

We had a fantastic time. We were a group of eight adults and five children between the ages of 7 months and 3 years. There was plenty of space and the swimming pool and sandpit were great. It was lovely to have the outdoor eating space to spend time relaxing, and there was all the practical stuff we needed - two dishwashers, lots of plates and bowls, multiple bathrooms. Sandra was very communicative throughout and made a lot of effort, including buying an extra high chair for us. We would happily stay again and recommend it for a group holiday with children.
