Holiday rentals with a pool in Carcar

it was a beautiful stay again here I already have my new place once I am returning back to Cebu for the price the Appartement is really nice thank you again

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. The place is so spacious. So loving it. Thank you for having this kind of space for us to bond with our family.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

The residence management had organised a water interruption for a week, without notifying to the homeowners until the water had been cut. Imagine coming back to the house without any water. Vanessa was kind enough to allow us to use the drinking water and replaced the same the next day. Next day morning, Vanessa had arranged for 3 big drums for us to store water for our uses whenever the water supply was interrupted. Vanessa had met us early on check in day even when are arrived at 8am. Need to have transport like tricycle to get from main gate to the house as it is on a sloppy terrain. Otherwise we thank vanessa for the help and assistance during our stay there.

This place was amazing!!! Even better than we thought it's gonna be. We have extended our stay as nothing else could compare with it and all of us felt great there. You could stay there for a week and don't leave this place and not feeling bored. Gilbert, a guy who was hosting us felt like being a part of our family. I have no words how to describe his help. He took us by heart. We are missing this place already same as we're missing Gilbert. Part of why we will be back is to see Gilbert. If you want to relax, but also feel local life this is the place. Better in real life than on the photos. We feel lucky finding this place.

The suite was sooo beautiful and relaxing. We had a lot of fun staying there. The staff are very approachable and helpful, the amenities are enough to make things convenient for us, and the jacuzzi and pool was fun to swim in.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

Lenlen is a great host! Very friendly and responsive. Made sure we settled in nicely to her unit! Even provided tips and recommendation for us who are first-timers in Cebu! Will definitely book her unit again when we visit Cebu!

From check-in to check-out, this place was nothing more than highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you are close to pretty much everything and the accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean. All this at an extremely reasonable price. 10/10

This may be the best unit I’ve stayed in Cebu. Pristine, extremely clean and well kept. Strong water pressure. And providing many pots and pans, with all utensils needed for cooking. It’s located just a few blocks away from the Ayala Center Mall in a very safe, secured, and clean established area of Cebu City. And the building has the best rooftop pool in the city, with a stunning view of the entire cityscape, the colorful lights of the CCLEX Bridge, and even the planes descending into Mactan Island. I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to come to Cebu!
