Everything was smooth, hassle-free, and so comforting. The warm and relaxing atmosphere made it easy for us to unwind and feel truly “at home.” A special thank you to Ma’am Marj and to her brother, Sir Jo for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay. Sir Jo’s presence made everything even more seamless and welcoming. We genuinely appreciate your hospitality and are already looking forward to the next time we can stay here again—hopefully, it will be available! Thank you for becoming our second home here in Cebu. Host was super accommodating and helpful. The caretaker Ryan assisted us a lot in making our trip convenient. Had enough beds and room for a big family of 6 adults and 1 child. It was very clean and pleasant. Super near to the sardine run and turtle watching, we were also introduced to a local tour guide by the host and caretaker for the activities. We were also able to stick around in the property while waiting for transpo. It was a great and comfortable experience!

We had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean when we arrived, cozy, and nicely furnished, definitely made us feel at home. Aesthetic interior layout and design! The kitchen was a huge plus, with complete utensils, a rice cooker, and a microwave, great for cooking. Note that Foodpanda isn't available; GrabFood has limited options (Jollibee, one local spot). A grocery run is recommended for longer stays. Upon arrival, we got the wrong key box code, but the host responded immediately with the correct one. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, even allowing family to stay at no extra charge. Minor issues: the bathroom had a strange odor (could use air freshener), and the sliding door was stiff with some small bugs. There is also no hot shower. Overall, despite these minor issues, it's a great place with a very responsive and kind host! We'd definitely consider coming back!

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Everything is great except for a few errors in Google Maps search

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

To be able to arrive at the location, Micmic will be your guide as provided since it is not found in the main road. Path is a bit bumpy but passable. When we reached the venue, the ambiance and vibes was fresh and relaxing. The place looked as the way the pictures depicted it. We enjoyed the hammock at the 2nd floor, the trees sorrounding the house gave it a cool effect. Mic Mic was very helpful in every way and in little things we need like ice and even provided us coffee and bread the following day. All was doing great except early dawn the AC in the other room down stairs just stopped and my mother and sister had a hard time sleeping as it was humid and were worried that if they open the windows, insects might get in. It was addressed around 6am past. Ada made mention to Micmic that they will refund a partial amount back to us-- that will be appreciated if ever. I suggest also that if they can put a mirror in the house and added electric fan. Over all, we enjoyed! Will come back

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

Perfect for hosting events! We had a fantastic time enjoying the unlimited pool access.

일소뇨를 통해 바다 갈 수 있어요. 모알보알은 바다가 일순위이니까 굳이 칠리바까지 가지않아도 바다를 누릴 수 있고 빌라 내 수영장이 있어서 저녁에는 수영장에서 놀았어요. 매일 찾아오는 고양이는 또 다른 마음의 힐링이예요! 독채라서 누구의 방해도 받지않아 저녁에는 음악틀어놓고 가족끼리 그날 하루에 대해 이야기나누는 시간을 가질 수 있었어요. 빌라에 머무는동안 너무 행복했어요. 공간도 사람도 너무 사랑스런 모알보알이었습니다.

Had a fantastic stay at Clement's place! The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the view from the window was good. The amenities were top-notch, making my stay super comfortable. The host, owner and kitchen staff are very friendly and accommodating. The outside cabin it looks a little older than in the picture but the inside is great. Except the washroom is a little far to walk n kind of creepy in the night, but clean washroom.Location a little far to the resort but good and quite. Good cabin, price is good, food is good and surroundings are bigger. Good recommendation.

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

Been here for the nth time. A good place for staycation. We'll surely go return.

The host Giullia is lovely, friendly, and attentive, making sure that we can check-in as instructed. She is a local and was able to suggest us a car rental place nearby. The room is nice and in good condition. Only a few things inside the room that require minor fixing. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a reasonable price. I would recommend as it is affordable and will meet your needs! Thank you for hosting us.

Great stay! My family really enjoyed the bonfire and their caretakers were very helpful and kind. The place was comfortable and exactly as described. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
