Holiday rentals with beach access in Carboneras

Hemos estado genial! El apartamento es tal cual las fotos y la descripción, todo muy limpio. El trato muy bueno. Si volvemos a Carboneras seguro que repetimos. Dando un paseo estás en el centro y cerca de todo. Aparcamiento siempre en la puerta.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Estancia buenísima. Francisco es un excelente anfitrión, súper educado, amable y muy simpático. El apartamento impecable, muy bonito, cama y sofá muy cómodo. Ideal para una pareja. He de decir que se agradece los aparatos de aire acondicionado y que una vez que cierras las ventanas no escuchas nada de nada, ya que debajo tienes un par de bares. Volveré a repetir sin duda ☺️

Nos ha encantado el apartamento de Inés, la casa es super cómoda tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días muy agradables, estaba todo super limpio, la ubicación es excelente, se llega a la playa andando en 2 minutos. También dispone de una super terraza con unas vistas estupendas, dónde disfrutar a tope, nos encantó! En cuanto a la comunicación con Inés fue extraordinaria, nos atendió rápido y siempre con muy buena predisposición a ayudarnos en lo que le requeríamos. En resumen, nos encantaría volver y hacer una estancia mas larga, porque estuvimos muy a gusto, nos encantó la casa, la zona, el pueblo, la playa y todo! Estuvimos muy a gusto en casa de María. El pueblo de las Negras es un lugar especial para desconectar y la casa está ubicada en uno de los mejores sitios del pueblo, tanto cerca de la playa como de lugares de ocio. La casa es grande, cómoda, con todos los accesorios necesarios, dentro de una urbanización nueva y tranquila. Las vistas desde la terraza son un gran plus para la casa. María estuvo atenta a nuestras posibles necesidades. Sin duda la recomendamos.

David was very helpful with the check-in as we arrived early in the morning on April 28, 2025. His friend Ramon came to the apartment to hand over the keys. He brought up our suitcases and extra bottles of water. We were so lucky, because 10 minutes after our arrival the total black-out in Spain (and other countries) occurred and we didn't got stuck in an elevator! In the apartment we found already bottles of water, fresh fruit, juices, beer, wines and some sweets. The first 5 days our son and his family stayed with us and the rest of our two week stay we had all space to ourselves, which was lovely! The view is stunning, never heard any noise of the neighbors, it is close to the Glorieta (Plaza de Espana), restaurants and bars. A cleaning lady came half way our stay to change the sheets and towels. We also received a lot of tips for restaurants, etc. But it was our 3rd stay in Aguilas, so we knew already most of it, but it is very handy when you stay the first time.

Espectacular! La casa increíble, ubicada enfrente( menos de 15 metros) de la mejor playa de Mojácar. Y Paco e Isma un 10. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Très bon séjour, la maison de Sébastien est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse sur la rue avec une jolie vue sur la mer mais surtout sur l’arrière, côté cuisine, d’une cour calme entourée des jardins des discrets voisins. Il y fait bon se reposer et dîner. De belles plages dans le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et aussi quelques jolies randonnées. Sébastien est en sus un hôte réactif Un maison pratique à recommander

Magisch! Een ontzettend fijn huisje op een prachtige plek. Heerlijk terras met een fantastisch uitzicht. De sterrenhemel en het licht van de vuurtoren zorgde voor een extra mooie ervaring.

Great apartment with pools, short walk to the beach and to some nice restaurants close by. Apartment was very comfortable for us and we would recommend it for families with children as they loved the pool! Thanks Dominka!

Really beautiful house- massive living space, much bigger than we imagined from the pictures, and wonderful garden. A really peaceful location too. Lovely hosts and lots of helpful recommendations- thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Encantadora estancia en casa de Friederike y su marido, Joaquín. Su casita independiente, con terraza privada preciosa, lugar silencioso y respetuoso con la naturaleza y los animales. La casa dispone de todo lo esencial y está andando muy cerca del pueblo (10 min). Equipada con ventilador en el salón, estufa para invierno y mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, recomendable llevar algo más para los mosquitos. Pasamos unos días súper tranquilos, son un matrimonio atento, súper amable y nos encantó su cuidado con el entorno y sus gatitos.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful place. Upon arrival we were met by the lovely owner who showed us around and was available to answer any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be going back to stay there. Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Un pequeño paraíso!!! Este acogedor apartamento se ubica justo frente al mar, donde el sonido constante de las olas y la brisa marina crean una atmósfera de calma y relajación. Tiene una decoración sencilla pero encantadora,La terraza ofrece una vista panorámica del océano, perfecta para disfrutar del amanecer con una taza de café. El espacio es compacto pero funcional. La terraza cuenta con una mesita, dos sillas y un sofacito que completa este refugio costero, ideal para ver el atardecer o simplemente desconectar.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días, muy cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el anfitrión ha sido muy amable.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
