Very nice place with lots of amenities. the bed does seem like a full size but more an xl twin, 2 people might have difficulty sleeping in it. the view from the porch is spectacular. You do have to climb a lot of steps to get to the place. Also, its halfway between the beach and 'town' so if you don't have a car, its a lit if steep climbing. It's a very charming place.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This place was fantastic, exactly as described and even better. The balcony view is unmatched and is just a short walk from the beach from inside the residence. The beach was very private and peaceful. I most definitely will be staying here again.

Had a beautiful time at Anne’s place. Enjoyed the beaches near by and the home was very beautiful along with the view. Should’ve kept in mind that yes the beach is 10-15 minutes walking, however you will be walking down a very steep mountain and to go back up was also very steep. Besides that the stay was very pleasant.

We had a great time. The apartment is really great and in impeccable condition. it's super well located. We would totally recommend it.

Melissa’s place is beautiful! The photos don’t even do the view justice. Very safe community with some restaurants, fishing, pool day club, all within the community. Tons of towels and fully equipped kitchen, this place has everything you need and more. About 20 mins from Jaco, beach is a 5 minute drive, and the pool is right outside the Airbnb. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great stay close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were very comfortable here. A/C in master only which was not a problem for us it was just 2 of us. And there was usually a breeze through the slider. We would stay again.

The place is excellent and very nice, totally comfortable and large. The hostess is friendly and attentive. The puzzles to assemble are very challenging and entertaining. My girlfriend was fascinated by the medical books.

Perfect for a digital nomad. Stayed here for two weeks, half a block away from a supermarket with pretty much everything you might need (fresh meat and chicken, fresh vegetables, good selection of imported beer, imported sodas, and kombucha), 3 blocks away from the Main road (gym, restaurants, cafes, etc). The kitchen is stacked with pots and utensils, AC worked great and the washer/dryer combo was the cherry on top. Residential area, so very quiet at night.

We had a great stay at Nazareth’s place! It was very conveniently located - right in the main part of the city, walkable to restaurants. The security guard and gated community made us feel very safe leaving our rental car. Since it was rainy season the place was quite empty too so we often had the pool to ourselves!

The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable! With everything you need and more! The truth is that we feel super comfortable and better than at home! Thank you for being so attentive! The place is very nice. Very considerate to have ponchos and umbrellas, which came in handy. My only issue was the host and co-host both read a message from me asking a question. Neither of them responded, ever. I’m not sure if it was an oversight or intentional.

Julie was a fantastic host always responsive and solving fast any issue we had. We’ve enjoyed much the our week there. The apartment is very comfortable, with enough space for two people to work remotely. The view to the ocean is impressive and we loved the peace of terrace in the evening

My husband, three-teenaged kids, and I had an amazing stay here! The condo is a great location close to the main strip for restaurants, shopping, groceries. The resort is well kept and the pool is top tier. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The condo has washer/dryer and A/C which was necessary for our family of five. Communication with host was easy. We had an issue with water leaking from master BR’s A/C unit and Phil immediately had the issue rectified. We rented a car and drove from SJO airport, and we are so glad we did! Getting around is easier with the Waze app. It took us about 2 hours to get from SJO to condo due to afternoon traffic and about 1 hour and 15 minutes for return to airport in the early morning with less traffic. We give our stay at Anik and Phil’s a strong five star!!
