I had an excellent stay in this apartment near UEPG in Uvaranas. The location is super practical, especially for those with commitments at the university. The environment is very well cared for, clean and organized, you can see the affection in every detail. Rosi was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend it for those seeking comfort, tranquility and great service. I will definitely be back!

Great location, safe, quiet place, we don't hear other neighbors, very quiet, great for resting, it has everything for a short stay for a single person or couple, close to the market, pharmacy, hospital, downtown. I loved the place, it's worth it.

Loved our stay! All clean, organized... The very polite and friendly hostess. The town hall that won me in this stay was the care that Dona Celia had with us. We went with two kids. One of ten years and one of 7 months. The hostess asked me the age of the children and we arrived had toy for the children and a bathtub! 🥰

Great cost-benefit, safe place and furniture all bespoke, very good. And another point we liked was that in the condominium there is a 24h autonomous market, so you don't have to leave the condominium for quick shopping

The house is very beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. We do not need to take anything but hygiene items and clothes, as there were, covers and pillows available. We went to an event, and Renan was extremely attentive, allowing for a flexible check-in. I would like to highlight the refrigerator freezer, which is excellent! The house was impeccably clean and very smelling. She has a welcoming charm reminiscent of my grandmother's house, which made me feel at home. I recommend it!
