Family-friendly holiday rentals in Caracol Beach

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

Cozy apartment with ocean view.

Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Highly recommend. Comfortable and clean. Comfy couch, bed, and towels and most things you would need. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and stores. Responsive host. Quiet building.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The communication was superb! The Studio was very cute with comfortable king bed the shower was hot and it had everything you would need for an extended stay (we were there 1 week) The rooftop pool and space was very private with room for yoga and coffee in the morning. It was walking distance to several great and affordable restaurants. a local store laundry service all near by. Taxis were 100MX each way to most big tourist areas. There are bikes provided and we rode to the bigger supermarket for groceries and prepared some meals in the apartment. The local pets were a bit active and noisy in the evening but not a significant issue, they thought of everything and had earplugs available but we never used them. We even spent one day just relaxing in the studio and at the pool and never left! Overall a great place to stay and catch the "Island of Women" vibe!

Everything matched the photos, a quiet place, we felt at home, I definitely recommend it!

It was a wonderful three nights with our three girls (8, 5, 3). We enjoyed the pool, but mostly the convenient location to Playa Norte and all the surrounding shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent communication and treatment from Eva, the accommodation meets expectations, access is comfortable and practical, the area is good and the best thing is the value for money.

We loved our stay! Carlos was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. The condo is spacious, with great AC in every room, desks for working, updated appliances and the beautiful wood finishings give it a modern and cozy vibe. The pool was family friendly and never over crowded. The location is great with beautiful surrounds. There is a small market across the street, several restaurants near by and a walking trail that runs along the canals. Great price point for being in the hotel zone. We would definitely consider staying again when in Cancun!

Excellent place to stay, very nice, I will definitely be back however, the pool water is very cold, despite being very hot on the day, the water did not heat up anything, if you are very demanding with that theme better look for another option, otherwise this is your ideal place

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.
