Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carabanchel

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Clean and spacious flat in an accessible but also quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The blackout shades in the bedroom allowed for very good sleep. 3 full bathrooms was excellent and convenient for 6 people. Strong AC for hot summer days.

Laura is a great host; she welcomes you personally, answers all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is convenient for a large part of the center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully. The decor is super luxurious and clean. The unfolding of the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

location 25 min from downtown. super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

A truely unique gem in Madrid -- perfect for a week for our family (two adults and two young children). The street was very quiet, despite being close to it all (~10 minute walk to the Royal Palace). Just a few doors down you will find a few cute coffee shops, a great fruit and vegetable stand, and a butcher & cheese shop. And there are some great tapas bars just two blocks away (try Bodegas el Mano or Casa Tabacos). Inigo was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

Amazing apartment fantastic views from the balcony. We enjoyed having a glass of wine when we got back after a great day in Madrid. Busses right outside the door were very convenient and easy to get around. Carlos was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. Impeccable apartment, well equipped. We visited Madrid without using any means of transport, everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is very lively, but after walking a good part of the day, we sleep without a problem. The terrace is a real plus. We recommend Angela's place without restriction.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. The location is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Wonderful stay in Madrid. Easy train ride from airport to location. Major sites are just a few stops away using metro. Instructions and recommendations are clear to follow. Apartment is just like the pictures!

My stay was extremely relaxing and very comfortable. Alicia was there for all of my needs. If I’m passing through Madrid again, I’m definitely staying in the loft again.

The apartment is beautiful and is an oasis of tranquility. It is also very functional with a well-equipped kitchen and good air conditioning. I was there during a heat wave and I really appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the air conditioning in the living room

Nice clean space that is centrally located to a lot of things to do in Madrid! Alejandro was responsive and available for questions which was really nice. We enjoyed having the extra outside space as well.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. It is very near Parque del Retiro and the Museo del Prado. It is also next to the train station Atocha. There is construction next to the apartment, but there is no noise at all. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Our stay was the best, everything was very clean and close to the subway and Renfe. In addition, you have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby Everything is just like in the photos, Jacinto was aware and answered the questions and also advised us on places we could visit, we were definitely very happy

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
