Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Carabanchel

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

Laura is a great host; she welcomes you personally, answers all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is convenient for a large part of the center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully. The decor is super luxurious and clean. The unfolding of the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Our stay was wonderful, very good location near two metro stations and buses, not far from the center and old town of Madird. Very spacious and well equipped apartment, tidy and comfy. There are many good bars and restaurants around. The host was responsive and nice. We had a wonderful time staying at your place.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

It was ideal, very clean, the air conditioning was on for our arrival. Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We loved the bustling streets and being near to metro. Coffee/percolator and tea there for our arrival. Comfortable sofa and bed. Would book here again.

Very well maintained, clean and equipped apartment in an area with easy access to two subway lines that connect with the center and its surroundings. Cris and Ari were very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended.

Staying at Carlos's apartment was great! He waited for our arrival, accommodated us and showed us everything we could enjoy in the apartment. Very good amenities and recommendations. The location is fantastic, although the movement of people is constant, the fact of the internal apartment allowed us to rest without noise. 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, a full area of places to eat and shop.

The room is nice and comfortable for one person. It was great to have air conditioning for the hot summer months. The apartment is right near the metro so it's simple to get downtown. Selena was very kind and even helped me with my luggage. Would recommend!

Such a perfect apartment for a weekend in Madrid. Within walking distance of the palace and central Madrid, including restaurants and cafes nearby too. The apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly set up, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Check in was super easy and Lila sent very clear instructions ahead of arrival and departure. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Madrid for exploring the city.

Laura is by far the friendliest and most helpful host I've ever met on Airbnb, and that kindness is reflected in the small details in the apartment that make the stay very pleasant. Very attentive to the guest, always offering useful recommendations to make the stay pleasant, he was constantly available to help or simply offer tips about the area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay of several days, and it's also very well located. Two blocks from the building are the main subway stations and it is very easy to walk to emblematic places such as La Almudena, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor or Sol. The apartment is small, but very comfortable. Laura has made the most of the space. The internet connection is excellent, in case you need to work and require good bandwidth.

I stayed in this fantastic room in Madrid and I can only highly recommend it! The location was perfect, situated in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and attractions. The room was perfect, cozy and well furnished, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. In short, it was a super nice experience and I can't wait to go back.
