Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Excelente sitio. Un lugar muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. Los anfitriones 10 puntos. Marisol es una persona excepcional muy preocupada por qué te sientas cómodo, darte el desayuno y de probar sus platos y ofrecerte ayuda en todo. Además de que la casa esté siempre limpia y reluciendo. Gran casa española!

Nos alojamos 4 noches. Carlos estuvo comunicado desde antes de nuestra partida. El vuelo tuvo una demora de 5 horas, Carlos tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos comida y bebida en la nevera ya que llegamos muy tarde. En todo momento se comunico con nosotros dandonos consejos para movernos por Madrid y lugares para comer. El barrio es muy tranquilo, a 15 minutos en metro de Sol. El apartamento es tal cual lo publicado Nos sentimos muy comodos en todo momento.

Es perfecto si no planeas estar dentro del alojamiento mucho tiempo durante el día. Es comodo y tiene todo lo que necesites para poder disfrutar tu estadía. Ivan está pendiente de lo que necesites responde rápido y es muy amable. La zona en la que se ubica es tranquila y accesible, tiene la estación de metro Rio Rosas muy cerca y la línea 1 del metro que conecta toda la ciudad pasa por ahí. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca recomendados como Casa Pei o Mo de Movimiento. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia aquí.

Staying at Mercedes' place was very cool! She's a friendly and an easygoing person with a beautiful energy! One of the things that really touched me was how kind and open Mercedes was with my little son. It's not something that you always expect, and it honestly meant a lot to me. She created such a welcoming atmosphere not just for me, but for him as well.

We use Airbnb a lot and Gloria was one of the best hosts we’ve had and her apartment was a terrific deal. We were extremely pleased with everything!

We had a great stay at Daniele’s place. The location is great and close to all transport links and places of interest. The apartment offers plenty of space and is relaxing and quiet in the heart of the city. Daniele’s communication and instructions were excellent.

Juan fue muy amable y estaba pendiente en todo momento para cualquier duda. También nos indicó como funcionaba el transporte público de Madrid y cómo llegar al centro de la forma más rápida y eficiente.

Muy buena la comunicación con Paulo, el lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. Muy limpio y agradable. Al llegar estaba todo limpio, ordenado, con muy buen aroma. El piso estaba con el Aire Acondicionado encendido por lo que todo estaba maravilloso y fresco para esta fecha. buena estadía. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Un lugar encantador y perfecto para desconectar y con unas anfitrionas muy atentas y cercanas.

La posizione e' ottima per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Madrid anche a piedi, l'ingresso si trova in uno degli angoli di Plaza Mayor. Sissi e' gentile e disponibile. La stanza e' piccola ma il soggiorno condiviso con l'host e' grande e accogliente. Considerando anche il costo e' un'eccellente soluzione per una breve visita alla citta'.
