Holiday rentals in Čara

This house is as generous as the people who built it. Lucija and Peter were perfect hosts, both before & during our stay. It is easy to see that they have carefully considered every detail so that all you have to do is settle in and enjoy everything you imagine a holiday to be. If you stock up on supplies en route there really is no need to leave. As much as we would love to keep it all to ourselves, I cannot recommend it enough. Enjoy.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Treppen direkt zum Meer waren ein Traum. Das Wasser war so schön kühl und sauber. Unten gibt es Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die man aufspannen kann, wenn es nicht windig ist. Domagoj hat uns direkt sehr lieb empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto und auch damit hat er uns so sehr geholfen. Nelli, die Mama der Familie hat uns bei der Ankunft mit Wein und Toast, Milch und Wasser versorgt. Ein so tolle Frau! Danke Nelli! Wir hatten alles im Appartement, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Kühlschrank der Eisklötze produziert hat war ein Traum. Die Couch nagelneu und die tolle Kaffeemaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Enela und Familie

Dario put a lot of effort into making the place completely up-to-date and modern. As much as we could say 1 million great things about the place, such as super fast ice maker, incredibly comfortable beds, lots of mirrors and great blow dryer ;) …. that balcony was one in 1 million. He was very responsive and even brought us local olive oil and offered great restaurant and beach recommendations! It’s a great central location on the island for everything you might want to experience!

Bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas. Piękne widoki z tarasu, czysto. Bardzo dobre udogodnienia, wygodnie i prywatnie. Basen zawsze czysty. Piekny widok. Bardzo sympatyczna właścicielka. Super, że można kupić lokalna wino. Bardzo udany czas.

Our family of four could not have asked for a lovelier place to stay in Korčula. Danijel and Lidija welcomed us warmly, and were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable: overlooking Zavalatica's picture-pretty harbour, and only a short walk away from the local supermarket, the nearest bar (Cakula) and a good restaurant (Konoba Albert). The house was spacious, comfortable and clean, and had all the necessary amenities (including TV and table football). There is an ample terrace with a view of the port, and a smaller private terrace that is ideal for outdoor breakfast. Swimming in the harbour was delightful. Further afield are the beautiful beaches of Zitna (reachable on foot) and Čavića Luka and Plaža Plavina (car needed), with their irresistible turquoise waters (aqua shoes recommended at all times). Danijel and Lidija rented us stand up paddle boards, which we used to explore the coast near Zavalatica. Truly wonderful!

Die Ausgangslage der Wohnung, um die Insel zu erkunden, war für uns optimal. Eine der schönsten Badebucht war in wenigen Minuten über einen Treppenweg super zu erreichen. Der Blick vom Balkon aus ist einzigartig, sogar vom Bett aus konnte man auf das Meer blicken, einfach toll :). Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und es ist ihm wichtig, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen unvergesslichen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Very beautiful and quiet place to stay for a family vacation. We enjoyed the terrace and a small spot on the beach which was 5 minutes away. Korcula and Veli Luka are both 30 min drive away, so we could visit both places as well. Daniela was very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect
